Some changes I would like to see for the boards

In general: Encourage upvoting, discourage downvoting a little bit and avoid giving trolls the attention they desire.

On anybody's profile, I would like to see upvotes given and downvotes given total for that person. This will encourage people to only use downvotes when necessary. At the same time it will encourage boards activity and upvoting.

Instead of having downvotes counteract upvotes, have them as a separate system in which if a post has a certain amount of downvotes or reports, it will get less attention.
