I think the problem with some Leblanc players is that they use their chains at a distance where missile speed actually matters... Usually it should be point Leblanc range, or just ult to get closer, even flash if needed.

And those players don't buy Rylai's either ;)

To all wondering, this is not a qq thread, this is about people I've seen claiming that LeBlanc attacks are easily dodged. Also, yes I can admit that LeBlanc takes some serious skill to play, but that doesn't make it any less torturous to play against.

Her E is a skillshot, a rather unreliable one at that, the hitbox on the end is huuuuuuuuge. But in lane that usually works against LB rather than for her.
