Didn't Riot Stellari say she would design a Shaco skin around a month ago because Shaco was on the skin list? we still have not seen a concept art for him. I just hope he's still getting one. [sg-janna]

He's probably not, they will rework him first. No point giving him a skin when he needs a complete update.

I remember, I also remember Demon Shaco visuals and I also remember that Halloween time has ended so I will remember to play Blue Shen the 14th of December if there isn t Shaco changes and a skin :)
