Overall skin will be him in a bathrobe. Hair will be flowing with bubbles coming out of it. Under him is a bubble he floats on.

Q - Obviously a big bubble that pops

W - Instead of a clock moving, bubbles come out of him moving upward.

E(ally) - Makes the ground under them slippery from soap and suds. E(enemy) - Surrounds them in a bubble that slows their movement. (think hamster in a ball)

R - Similar to W. Lots of bubbles.
