I would assume many have thought it a good idea to have two champions in one for a duo bot lane. I am sure with some thought those that have probably considered the potential problems in such a champion: -do you have them both have an hp and dmg value equal to two champions? Ceritianly not as that one champions hp would just be too tanky and do too much dmg for the other two to handle the focused dmg and be practically unkillable. -What about controling champion movements? One would just sort of hang out throwing abilities, that would not make for interesting gameplay. -In solo que you couldnt use the champion if another doesnt have them or want to use its counter part. -One couldnt back and get items without the others permission and having the option for both to start back would lead to some annoyances and trolling.

I am sure more could be come up with but yeah simply plugging two players into one champion for two roles isnt an easy thing to execute for common utilization.

So my idea...

The adc and support champions could have the same passive where they pick an ally and apply a perminant tether like kalistas oath sworn. They get significant base stat bonuses while in range of the tether. Being in range of the tether allows them to activate one of their abilities that is nothing more then a toggle. Toggled on it consumes mana per second. It makes them turn into a "ghost" or "shadow" that is untargetable but also unable to do dmg being left with nothing but the utility of their abilities like roots, slows, stuns, heals, whatever but consumes no manna. They cannot leave the range of the tether in this state. If both toggle it on neither can leave the range of the last ones location who toggled last when they toggled it until one turns their toggle off. Both have the same ultimate. When one toggles their ability on and uses ult they "cloak" onto the one they are tethered to for a duration. While one "cloaks" the other the one being "cloaked" gets some bonus hp and exact total resistances that go up with rank. The one that is "cloaking" cant auto but gets significantly reduced cool downs and mana consumption on the remaining abilities and in ult they will do dmg. The champion being "cloaked" can be hard cc'd but the one "cloaking" cannot. Ult ends when bonus hp is taken off of the one receiving the "cloak" or the duration ends and the one "cloaking" returns to the relative direction and distance they ulted from. Both have the same ults but they are separate ults. This means that when one uses their ult the other can follow up with their own but is un able to do so if the other already activated theirs. However used seperatly makes for a longer duration and control of the two in one champion is divided between the players for 1/2 the total duration.

These champions should be half the same and half the opposite. being ranged, passives' connected ability, and ult would be the same. The other two abilities should both offer some utility with ones being more magic damage/hard cc based and the others being more ad damage/soft cc based. One ought to be better as a tank support and the other better as an adc.

The end result being that they play like one champion as much as possible but are still two champions that dont necessarly need eachother. I feel they should be kept weak in lane but scale well into the game especially during ult forms. They would still deffianantly be best played in duo que but i think given my suggestions they could be played adequatly in solo que.

If you think its a good idea(though may need refinment) then vote this up so more can see it. Maybe a desire will develope in the community and riot will catch wind of this. If there are glaring issues point em out, gimmee somthing to think about.

There is a lot in there, so could you give me a condensed version of this concept? Leave out the heals, stuns, talk. Just the core of what you want. :)
