Troll/Champion Concept: Iris - The Eye of Noxus

Lore: The top Noxian spy by far, the only thing most know about Iris is that she can be anywhere...at any time...as anyone. . . . Hail! King Jarvan!...wait...this is...NoOoOoOoOoO . . . "Let's keep this our little secret..."

Passive: Double Agent - When out of combat, Iris can disguise herself as an enemy champion. Enemies will see through her disguise if she comes within 900/750/600 units of them, but otherwise, she maintains this guise until she makes an aggressive action (including autoattacks, since this isn't Neeko and she doesn't look like a friendly)

Q: Mana Affliction - Curses a target enemy, dealing damage over 3s and making every Demacian think they're a mage by pulsating energy out around them that deals damage to nearby enemies.

W: Omni-Sight - Iris can see a 1000 units area within 1200/2400/3600 units of her for the next 4s. Stores 2 charges. (old CV, but revamped a bit)

E: Vile Decoy - Creates a clone of Iris that lasts for 5s (whatever form she is in) and stealths her for 1.5s. Enemies that attack the clone (even with abilities) instantly destroy it but are given a Mana Affliction, and if they were already afflicted, are stunned for 1.5s. Useful for quickly disguising as the enemy jungler and trolling your laner. Iris can issue movement commands to the clone with alt+click like morde, but the clone cannot attack.

R: Blightbomb - Throws a projectile that detonates after .5s, dealing heavy damage to nearby enemies and leaving them nearsighted for 2s. While an enemy champion is nearsighted, Iris can Disguise herself as if she weren't in combat.
