i wish we had a manipulation champion

while i do enjoy beating, shooting, or blasting a fool with magic. my honest playstyle in team games would rather be that of a manipulator. giving buffs to my allies while debuffing the enemies to help in the fight. possibly using one of the enemies moves against them or even doing the same except to allies. albeit it would seem overpowered in league but im sure there are several ways to balance it.

Taking control away from the enemy or punishing them for their actions isnt really a healthy mechanic. Dispensing buffs and debuffs is easier to accomplish, but would either be to weak or to strong.
