Thanks for making one of the best and balanced champion within League. Not only is he one of the hypest characters to ult with, but his overall kit is so satisfying to play with.

they pretty much reverted the changes. although his kit overrall still does less damage than before it balances out due to his passive dealing more damage and now setuping up for a true damage ult.
plus the ult now builds up 2 stacks of his passive if you keep them in long enough.

I don't know. His passive not scaling with AP was kind of stupid. Not only that, but his ult had HUGE base damage and relatively poor AP Scaling. I think it was only a matter of time before people started building Tank'Koz.
Still though, I believe Vel'Koz is one of the best champion releases to date.
