Champion Concept - Occulara, the Reflection of Destiny

This is my first champ concept so be gentle. :)

OCCULARA: THE REFLECTION OF DESTINY

Passive - VANITY

When an enemy facing toward Occulara's mirror dies she gains a percent of the enemies health. (any excess health gained this way is stored in her mirror.) When an enemy facing away from Occulara's mirror dies she gains a percent of her maximum mana.(any excess mana gained this way is stored in her mirror.) Dependant on which value of either stored excess health or mana Occulara has in her mirror her abilities and appearance change. Health Value>Mana Value = The appearance of a stunning beauty who suducess her foes with wiles and charms. Mana Value>Health Value = The appearance of a grotesque beast who terrorizes her foes with horror and brutality. (Shards do not proc her passive.)

Q - VISIONS OF DESIRE/TERROR

(This is a conical skill shot with a very short range.)

Occulara shows her mirror to her enemies dealing 40/60/80/100/120 + (Ability Power) as magic damage and charming them for 1.2 seconds if she is beautiful and fearing them for 1.6 seconds if she is beastly.

Cooldown: 30/27/24/21/18 seconds

W - MIRROR,RORRIM

Enemies and allies around Occular are affected by the sight of her appearance. Passive: Allies gain increased health regen (Beauty) or increased mana/energy regen and fury generation. (Beast) 2/4/8/16/32% Passive: If Occulara is beautiful enemies will have their attack speed decreased but their movement speed increased. If Occulara is beastly enemies will have their movement speed decreased but their attack speed increased.

Occulara uses her mirror to reflect an attack back at its sender dealing 80% of its original damage and take the remaining 20%.

Cooldown- 50/45/40/35/30 seconds

E - REFLECTIVE SHARD

Occulara mirror shard dealing 30/45/60/75/90 magic damage + (Excess Mana Value contained in her mirror dealt as True damage) If the Shard does not make contact with an enemy upon reaching max range the Shard will stick into the ground facing in the direction it was thrown. (Limit up to 3 Shards at once.) These shards will reflect all of Occulara's abilities and item effects through them and grant a small vision area in the direction they are facing. (This means Shards will launch other Shards, however these Shards will not stick. (Items with projectile actives such as Frost Queens Claim, etc. must hit a shard to be reflected through all Shards but each hit from separate Shards will damage and activate other effects reduced to effectiveness equal to Original damage/effect divided by 1/2 the total active Shard count.)

Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12

R - SHATTER!!!

Occulara's mirror shatters into 7 Shards in an initial wave of 4 followed by a wave of 3 in a wider arc in a cone in front of her and all her currently active Shards shatter into 2 Shards similarly. (Shards created this way will remain active for 5 seconds then disappear.) Shards created by SHATTER!!! will deal damage equal to 40/80/160 + (1.5x the combined values of Health and Mana collected in her passive.) After using SHATTER!!! Occulara must make a new mirror leaving her with out abilities for 10 seconds.

Cooldown: 100/85/70 seconds

Well that is my champion if anything seems overpowered, misleading, vague, or simply broken about her feel free to let me know.

She was idealized as a burst support able to land a charm/fear on the entire enemy team. Through careful placement of her shards she can charm or fear an enemy team into her house of mirrors and unleash a devastating all in ultimate. She has the potential to be really powerful early game so in case the player gets too aggressive with her I have attempted to give her an interesting method of disengage.
