New Champion Concept

Concept: Shadow Isle Champ Mid/Late game. Bruiser.

Passive - Merciless: Champion gains rage towards an enemy champ. Rage is built up on how much damage is dealt to the champ. More damage done, more damage returned. Added Armor and MR stats are reduced slightly. Passive empowers Q & W.

Q - Finger Flick: One skill-shot (small-circle) ability. Medium range. Enraged Q: If ability hits champ that did the most damage, get a second shot.

W - Unforeseen: Short range jab. Champ is visible on the map to ally team for 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 s. Enraged W: Heal from a percentage of the jabbed opponent’s health.

E - Danger Close: Passive: Gain damage resistance if engaged with the same champ for >6s. Active: If engaged for >6s., activate the ability to stun said champ.

R - Death’s Glaze: Automatic on whoever dealt the most damage. Initially stunned, then the enemy is blinded (like Graves’s smoke), and all subsequent damage taken from champion’s team is boosted.

I think the e could also use damage reduction for uneven fights.
