Skills

• Passive - Crystal of Snow

For every 15 Ability Power Phaelis gains 40 bonus mana.

For every 200 bonus mana Phaelis gains 1% bonus movement speed.

Bonus mana: 1,000 Bonus movement speed: 5%

• Q - Whirlpool (Active Skill)

Cast a whirlpool that deals 20 (+90% AP) damage to any enemy units within its range for 3 seconds. [Total duration of the skill is 3.75 seconds. 0.75 seconds for the casting time.]

• W - Uneven Temperature (Active Skill)

Cast a wave of boiling water that deals 20 (+40% AP) damage and reduces the movement speed of hit units by 10%. If allied units move through the boiling wave of water their movement speed is increased by 10% for 3 seconds.

Within 3 seconds, reactivate skill to freeze the casted wave of water and root units for 1 second. If Uneven Temperature is not reactivated within 3 seconds cooldown will be reduced by 5 seconds. When Uneven Temperature has been reactivated allied units that move through the frozen wave of water can no longer gain additional movement speed.

• E - Return of Favor (Passive Skill)

When Phaelis gets hit by enemy champions his crystal spreads a shield of 25 (+10% Mana consumption that increases by 2% per second) (+40% of total AP) to nearby allies for 5 seconds and does not partake with the Return of Favor.

After not being hit by enemy champions for 8 seconds Phaelis gains 5% health regeneration for 5 seconds by consuming 15% of his mana and healing through other sources are boosted by 15% for 4 seconds.

If his mana falls below 200 no health regeneration will occur but instead Return of Favor will reset and reduce other skills by 5 seconds.

EDIT: Crystal's Wrath can only be activated when a Whirlpool has been casted. When activated, the whirlpool's range slowly increases its size and slows every enemy unit's movement speed by 10% (+100% of Phaelis' bonus movement speed). The damage of Whirlpool is reduced by 30% as it gets larger. After 3 seconds upon the activation of Crystal's Wrath all enemy units are dragged into the center and are blasted into the air with an additional 200 (+100% AP). [The total duration of the ULT is 6 seconds; 3 seconds of slowing, 1 second for dragging every enemy into the center, 1 second to knock enemies into the air, 1 second to drop the enemy champions.]

Suggested Champion Team-ups: Combo with Yasuo's Ult with Phaelis' Ult Place a Whirlwind near Nunu and both Ult at the same time for maximum effectivity As Phaelis, cast Ult first then any enemy champion trying to escape gets Ulted by Amumu While the enemy champions are dragged to the center of Phaelis' Ult, Katarina must time her Ult before the enemy gets knocked into the air Same with Nunu and/or Amumu Same with Nunu, Amumu, and/or Katarina Have 2 supports in-game. Lux must reside more on Support while Phaelis on Tanky Mage whilst filling support in Lux's absence Same with Nunu and/or Amumu Same with Nunu and/or Amumu Takes care of the enemy survivors Best ADC when Phaelis is supporting because "read Phaelis' kit" and you will understand why
