[Champion Concept] Gwendle, the Rider from the East
INTRODUCTION I designed this champion on October 24, 2016 but am posting this now before the idea just gets ruined. I wanted a champion who relatively had a basic kit but needed a complex gameplay. I am now here to present to you GWENDLE, THE RIDER FROM THE EAST! I originally wanted to make her title "The Renegade Queen", "Commander of the Renegades", "The Saboteur of Noxus", "The Shame/Disgrace of Noxus", "The Empire Breaker", "The Shaker/Destroyer of Kingdoms", or "The Night Rider" but I settled for the most plain of which is "The Rider of the East" since Noxus is located in the east of Valoran or maybe "The Rider from Noxus". IDK, please comment which is fitting for her.
LORE (CONCEPT) [Summary]
Gwendle is the daughter of Delrin De Dieu one of Noxus' most loyal and outstanding Generals and Glynne De Dieu, Princess of a small kingdom considered to be part of the Ivory Ward District. All her life she had been good to her father and mother and all her life she dreamed of becoming a queen--the queen of Noxus. Until when she was 16, one evening at a political-military party on their dear castle where General Delrin De Dieu was to be named as the 1st in line to be a part of the highest Noxian military position known as the 'Noxian High Command', a terrible bloodbath occurred. Her father was murdered in front of her very eyes several minutes into the feast. They slit his throat and kicked him out of his throne. Her uncle, a freelance cut-throat which Delrin paid good money for Gwendle's security detail, grabbed her away from the fight. The onslaught continued as multiple forces turned against each other. As Gwendle and her uncle were about to make an escape, they heard her mother scream loudly as she was being rap*d/[harassed]/[defiled] on her very bedroom. They couldn't do anything, they had to leave immediately. And, so they did. He placed Gwendle on a carriage and told his designated driver to bring her down south and take care of her. Before the two left, he gave Gwendle a torn flag and said, "Keep this. Be with it every moment until we reap what revenge has sown to us. Be safe, dear." Gwendle rode away on the carriage while her uncle went back to try and save other children. Inside the carriage, Gwendle lit a candle and unfolded the torn flag. "This is the Darkwill's sigil," she whispered in shock, "Why? Why would they do this to us?" She cried. She couldn't believe her family and her house were betrayed by their closest friends.
Four years later, Gwendle had come back to Noxus territory, specifically her hometown Ivory Ward. By due happenstance, she saw a long haired, bearded man, beat to his bones, and, by the looks of it, was maltreated in dungeons for years. He looked very familiar. It was his uncle! They set the man on the guillotine and the town's scribe read his accusations. "For plotting against the Noxian High Command; for disrupting peace in the Ivory Ward District; for the murder of three Noxian Generals...By the laws of the State, you are hereby sentenced," the scribe paused, "TO DIE!" Gwendle saw that majority of the people who were there wore pins, necklaces, clothes, and armour bearing the Darkwill sigil. She grabbed the spear of the guard next to her and thrust it to the scribe. Everyone panicked and the guards couldn't identify her from the crowd. She ran away but not too far. She wanted to save her uncle. But, as the crowd dispersed, there were sounds of swords clashing and men yelling. She stuck her head out and tried to see what was happening. There was a group of men and women fighting off the guards in the area and the soldiers who were escorting her uncle. When the fighting was done and the unknown group had taken in Gwendle's uncle, she went to them and pleaded. After a long conversation and after days of persuading them, the bunch returned to her her uncle and she, in turn, joined them for their cause--against the Noxian Army. NOTE: GWENDLE will be the new reason for the murder of Boram Darkwill. -END- (To Be Continued if feedback is great)

ABILITIES Passive - High Spirit
Every enemy minion or monster killed by either Gwendle or allied minions charge High Spirit, up to a maximum of 7. When fully charged, the following basic attack or damaging ability uses all charges and gives Gwendle 10% Attack Speed and 2% Bonus Attack Damage for 4 seconds and gains a temporary increase of Movement Speed by 25% for 1.25 seconds. Slaying an enemy champion fully resets High Spirit's cooldown and gains full charge, slaying Epic Monsters fully charges Battle Roar, while slaying Large Monsters only charges High Spirit by 4. (Cooldown from activation, 6 seconds at all levels) Slaying Epic Monsters and Large Monsters do not reset High Spirit but gives it full charge or 4 charges, respectively, even while High Spirit is on cooldown.
NOTE: High Spirit can be charged while on cooldown but cannot be activated while on cooldown.
Level 6 - Gwendle gains 20% Attack Speed and 2% Bonus Attack Damage for 5 seconds + 25% Movement Speed by 1.50 seconds. Level 11 - Gwendle gains 30% Attack Speed and 3% Bonus Attack Damage for 6 seconds + 25% Movement Speed for 2 seconds. Level 16 - Gwendle gains 40% Attack Speed and 3% Bonus Attack Damage for 7 seconds + 25% Movement Speed for 2.5 seconds.
Q - Indoctrination
Gwendle's next basic attack is empowered dealing 50 (120% Bonus Attack Damage) physical damage and ignores 2% of the target's armor.

W - Will to Live/Lay Low
Passive - Will to Live: When Gwendle's health is below 20% she gains 25% bonus movement speed when running towards a brush 600 units away. Active - Lay Low: Gwendle's health regeneration is increased by 50% as long as she remains inside a brush. At full health, Freedom Kick is fully stacked.
Passive Bonus Movement Speed = % 25/25/30/30/35

E - Freedom Kick
Passive: Every time Harindal moves he gains movement speed up to a stack of 100. Active: When Freedom Kick is at full stack, it can be activated allowing Gwendle to command Harindal to leap into a small area. When Harindal lands on the selected area, all nearby enemies are kicked a distance closer from Harindal's initial leap point dealing 100 (+100% Bonus Attack Damage) Physical Damage and Harindal loses the stack of movement speed. Targets can be kicked over walls.

R - One-Shot Chaos
1st Activation: Gwendle swings a string with assorted potions tied on the end of it in the air. Cast range increases from 300 to 800 units within 4 seconds.
2nd Activation: Gwendle simultaneously hurls all the potions on a small area. All enemies in the area and all enemies who enter the area are silenced for 1 second, blinded for 0.50 seconds, and would be:
bleeding with 80 (+80% Total Attack Damage) (+30% Ability Power) physical damage over 4 seconds
burning with 80 (+30% Total Attack Damage) (+80% Ability Power) magic damage over 4 seconds
poisoned with 80 (+30% Total Attack Damage) (+80% Ability Power) magic damage over 4 seconds
