Toxic Champ aka the teammate you always desired

He lives in the filthy alleys of Bilgewater and hang around in the most obnoxious taverns around the sewers. For a living he blame and vent about society and how it took all his chances and deserved glory, he always talk about his great accomplishments and incredible skills, drunk or sober, Grog doesn't really affect his attitude just his breath. He use to show his medals and badges saying how much he is worth, but with a fast glance you can see they are just beer caps and lost buttons. He will not hesitate to attack anyone, specially teammates, he is a used turncoat and eventually will pass to the enemy side, who ever stand in front, or near him will be his enemy, as you can imagine he can't stand mirrors.

=Skills=

Passive (aggressive) he can use skills and chat at the same time, no need to push "Enter" OR while he chat, couse he need to, he will spam random skills, after all they will not change the course of the match in anyway, no one win all will loose sanity and karma

Q - global, cast time zero, manaless, cd 10 minutes, duration 30 minutes Taunt aimed champion (ally or enemy) will have chat window open for the whole duration of the spell, s/he will not be able to use any skill

W - range 700/800/900/1000/1500, 60 mana, cd 10/9/8/7/6, duration 8/9/10/11 sec - /12 minutes Mocking Ghost need to be invisible, in bush or out of range of vision, friends or enemies He will duplicate becoming invisible in the minimap while the clone will move toward the closest ally pinging to go in and attack the enemy, for the duration the clone will invincible but will do no real damage and at the end of the duration he will briefly dance, possibly over the dead body of the ally Clone stats 500% movement speed, 400% atk speed, invulnerable, impossible to cc Enemy team will be able to see the real position of the champion Ally team will see the clone as the real champion

E - global, 50% health and 80% mana of a teammate, cd 7/8/9/10/0, duration 3/4/5/6/disconnect aimed champ Curse slow down ping and fps of any champ, enemy or teammate

R - cast on him self, no cost, 0 cd Ultimate resolution passive teammates will not be able to surrender nor quit the game (edited every time some one try to surrender 1-2 random votes will become NO) (quitting the game will result in automatic loss of LP in ranked and will cause automatically to be reported from all players as afk and toxic) active lower down his respawn time to ZERO. He will be able to feed the enemy team at will
