Name: Phillip, The Box King Role: Mage/Support Appearance: Phillip is an extremely skinny man with horribly ragged clothes. His face is hidden by a paper bag with two eye holes in it. That's honestly all I can really describe him as. (Think hobo outfit). His autoattacks would be little pieces of trash while his abilities would be cardboard boxes.

Abilities: Passive: What's Inside!? All of The Box King's abilities are skillshots, applying their effects upon hitting something able to be affected by them. As well, they all have the same particles and range (so they all look exactly the same). Should he miss or hit a wall with them, they fall on the ground and remain there until stepped on by an enemy (causing their effects as if they had hit for the most part), picked up by him (reducing their cooldowns, scaling to the amount of points in them [Say 20%/40%/60%/80%/100%, maxing at 60% for his ult]), or simply disappear (which would happen at the end of their cooldown). Q: Box #1 Inside of Box #1 is a bomb, dealing magic damage and minor splash damage to whomever it hits or is stepped on by. Instead of just disappearing, it explodes at the end of the ability's cooldown. The damage it deals decays with time to a minimum of 20% when it just explodes. W: Box #2 Box #2 is empty, dealing very minor true damage (think 5/10/15/20/25) upon hitting or being stepped on by an enemy. However, it captures hostile single target skillshots, such as Ashe's ult, Ezreal's Q, or even Morgana's Q, if it collides with them mid-flight (this does not occur if they fly over it). If so, the ability can be reactivated to throw a second box, this time with all of the effects that were available to the skillshot, including on-hit effects and Luden's Echo prompts (The effect would not be lost to the enemy, and the effect would go off the original user's stats, not Phillip's). E: Box #3 Inside of Box #3, there is a random object that would defer a random detrimental effect to the enemy hit or who steps on it. The list would be something like the following: Ignite: Campfire (Phillip doesn't pay attention to proper Box Safety) Poison: Stink Bomb Blind: Smoke Bomb Drain Mana: Jellyfish Drain Health: Leeches Stun: Tesla Rod Fear: Spiders Taunt: Pictures (Though players will not be able to see what are on them, they're actually pictures of the enemy champion doodled on with red crayon.) Slow: Molasses Root: Wet Cement Bleed: Pins and Needles Charm: Flowers The box only confers this to a single person, but it may or may not remain a second so everyone can see what was inside (depending on developing choices.) Ultimate: Box #4 Inside Box #4, Phillip keeps his Entire Box Castle, which bursts out when it hits or is stepped on by an enemy, knocking everything except buildings and such back (so, wards, champions, minions, mushrooms, boxes, etc.), doing minor damage that scales hard off of AP and creating an impassible area for a few seconds. The area would be a rectangle, positioned facing toward where it was thrown from. Within the area, the knockback and damage would be greater closer to where the box was activated. Also, if stepped on, this would launch the enemy a major distance, think this glitch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZJsa4Alxv9g

Lore: The City of Progress can only be seen as such because they hide their dark corners from the rest of Runeterra. Why, just the other day, one of my citizens was trampled in the street and nobody. He was a young lad who I had saved from a fruit market little more than a month before, and I loved him like a son. Phillip LXVIII was his name, and he was in the process of being groomed to be the heir to my throne. Sure, he was a bit dimwitted and rough around the edges, but I believed in his kind heart. A leader needs such a thing. I reported this to the Sheriff, but she simply shrugged it off, as she had with the other 67 heirs I had lost to a similar fate. Her cold heart will know this pain. I know it.

In other news, my grand city has run out of coffins and has resorted to cremation, only further polluting the air we are forced to breathe. The Sheriff was all too willing to pronounce the poor affair "pollution" and attempted to topple my empire. Again, she refused to acknowledge our existence as she crushed the town hall, where a meeting over an unjust tax increase by the late Phillip LXIX was being overruled by a committee of tax lawyers, interrupting and invalidating their work in addition to ending their lives. She knows of our pain, but does little to heal it. My jester reminds me of the cruelty of hatred, and I try to continue.

The Sheriff has taken another under her wing in order to spread her tyranny. This "Enforcer" is well known by my country, as she has terrorized it more than thrice before. Her fists had easily crushed Phillip XCIX and Phillip CLVI on the first couple of invasions, and only by shielding Phillip CDXCIX with my frail body did I save him. He was eaten by a nobleman's hellion a week later, much to my nation's grief. Now, she is the law? Dark days indeed for the City of Piltover.

The Enforcer is useless! This Jinx character burned my entire city to the ground in one fell swoop last night, and where was she? Trying to figure out where she would be next and ignoring my pleas of help. The City of Progress needs a new light. It needs me.

(Yes all of the heirs were, in fact, cardboard boxes.) EDIT: I forgot some of his information, so here it is.

Friends: Phillip has none, as of yet. Enemies: Brand Phillip has had bad experiences with fire... Caitlyn She ignores the plight of his Boxizens Draven NO. PHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHILLIP. (Ego Rivals) Jinx Burned the city. -n- Vi Stupid sidekick.

Emotes: Laugh: Well, duh. Taunt: Phillip takes off his paper bag, revealing another one. Then he does this multiple times while shouting "You think your attacks can penetrate this many bags!? Don't make me laugh!" Joke: Phillip dives under a box and shouts "Snake? Snake!? Snaaaaaake!" before throwing it off. Dance: He lays out a cardboard area and breakdances on it. Because he's hip. He has various different little effects that I'll go into in detail another time.

Skins: The Best Santa Phillip: The splash art for this would be Phillip sitting on a pile of presents dressed as Santa with the other Santa skins angrily looking toward him from the base. He throws presents and his ult would become a toy shop.

Lady of the Cubes Phillip: Phillip would then be in a very elegant dress with a fan over his face in his right hand. (Minor trivia: Phillip is left-handed, and throws with his dominant hand). The boxes would be perfectly carved marble blocks and his ult would produce a palace. Why is he in a dress? Phillip's Phillip. Why not?

Box Ghost Phillip: Based on The Sionce Guy's comment below.

Terrorweary Phillip Phillip would be more tattered than usual, his box blackened by soot. His boxes would be tattered as well and his castle would be burning.

Say Phillip threw the empty box as Yasuo threw out a windwall. Would it grab the wall or would it dissipate. Discuss
