[Champion Skin Idea] (W.I.P) Master Theremin Musician Sona

Since the instrument was at least 100 years old imagine Sona's vintage outfit, for a musician in that time. She easily could fit inside a Mafia skin background. The skin would be legendary as it would seamlessly go from her putting down the instrument and playing it to picking it up with both hands and running with it.
Her powers, auto attacks, even passive, and ability upgrades could change the tone and overall pitch of the Theremin. This would be the only skin she has where she'd be standing around walking when slowed but if not slowed she'd be running. The theremin would be held with both hands and would just be dropped on the ground if using a power or auto attack.
Simple-ish on the idea, however I think this would be a fantastic legendary skin and would love the dress/outfit she'd be sporting if she was a master musician back 100 years ago with a Mafia reigning control over the local area disputing problems with threats and violence via gun play. Like, imagine her outfit... uhh :3
So with the VO (voice over) she's a MUTE (she cannot use her voice) soo this means MOAR (more) THEREMIN and you can make every VO (voice over) line available to heard for nearby allies. Each voice line would be a short piece of music played by the sona using a Theremin. During these moments if she is standing still she would put the Theremin down sort of like a Taunt however moving will make her pick up the theremin again. The Voice over line could still play perhaps.

This link is only there to give a reference to my next idea, they can begin to tease this Legendary skin with newspaper clippings telling us about Sona's beautiful music and mafia shenanigans.
Mafia Shenanigans would be like Bank Robberies, Local Store shootings, Shootings happening somewhere at night. ETC and all of it would be written down on a old newspaper clipping.
Who would write this? Would it be Book? Yuumi's friend? Or Ryze? Or Yuumi's Owner if its ever a champion, and if it was what if Ryze became a paper boy who advertised papers with his iconic Uncle Ryze propaganda on it and in the background.
It'd be like Hannah Montana but Ryze as a paper boy who also was living a double life as Uncle Ryze.
