Champion Suggestion: Tes

Singed has an also-evil and crazy twin sister. Her name is Tes. Instead of being fascinated with poison, Tes was and is obsessed with lightning.

Passive: "Shocking" Any champion struck by Tes's abilities become negatively charged, reducing their movement speed by 5% and marking them as negatively charged for 3 seconds. (See ultimate)

Q: "Charge it up!" Tes empowers her next auto attack, causing it to arc lightning on the 3 closest targets to the one she attacks, preferring champions.

W: "Danger: High Voltage" Tes places a highly charged coil to a target location, where it remains there for 4 seconds, striking any enemy who enters it's range with lightning every second.

E: "Can't touch this" Tes attracts lightning from the sky and redirects it. Anyone who is near her is instantly struck with a powerful lightning arc.

R: "Law of Attraction" Tes becomes a beacon of highly positive charge, attracting any enemy who is marked as negatively charged to her for 3 seconds. The speed at which these enemies move toward Tes increases exponentially depending on their distance from Tes. (The closer they are, the faster they move)
