Wording issue on Anivia's E.

Frostbite (E) - Anivia blasts her target with a freezing wind, dealing 50/75/100/125/150 (+50% Ability Power) magic damage. If a target was recently stunned by Anivia or damaged by a fully formed Glacial Storm, they take double damage.
Objectives such as dragon and Baron do not get stunned by Anivia's Q, yet they still take double damage from the E if you explode the Q on them first. I do believe this is intended behavior, however, the wording on the E needs to be changed.
