AFK from 0:00 but no remake offered

In the match linked above, the fiddlesticks was AFK from the very beginning. That should be obvious from the fact that he is level 1 and has no items bought. He never left the fountain and then he disconnected around 2:30 and there was no remake offered and we lost because of it. Riot should check the logs of this match to find out what happened and try to fix it.
