I understand that this will probably be unpopular and annoying to some of you. My warnings about my tendencies for building these champ concepts are in the link. Nevertheless, I would like some feedback so long as you can restrain yourself from being too cruel with your criticisms. Be honest, but don't start cursing or caps-locking or over-exaggerating about how bad of an idea it is or in general being a jerk. The innate is definitely up for debate and changes since I just couldn't think of anything and then suddenly thought of AzirAzir ; the rest of this champ is also up for debate if you want to suggest anything, but the innate is especially changeable so long as what is suggested fits the "puppeteer" theme in some way or is useful with the kit.

Shifrio, the Master Puppeteer

A mysterious magical puppeteer, Shifrio wears a purple-and-white classic magician's uniform (top hat and suit). He carries around two human-sized wooden puppets controlled by magical puppet strings attached to his fingers. The one controlled by his left hand has sharp teeth and claws covered in poison, allowing it to bite and slash at enemies and poison them on hit, while the one controlled by his right hand has extremely long arms with lots of joints that are used to bind his enemies and crush them to death. His magical puppet strings also have a strange ability that allows him to control things other than his puppets; he can control weak-willed enemies and structures with ease, and, after focusing his energy, he can even control other people.

Innate: Tower Puppetry This ability can be used when Shifrio stands near a destroyed tower (ally or enemy). Shifrio can click on the base of the destroyed tower to stand still and use his magic puppet strings to levitate the pieces of the turret into their original position. His basic attack will become a tower shot on his selected target. While controlling the turret he has increased armor and magic resist, and, once he "revives" the tower, he can move freely so long as he remains within a certain distance of the tower, but the tower is destroyed again if he casts spells or moves outside of the range of this ability.

Q: Puppet Strike Shifrio's left puppet lashes out at a select target enemy unit, biting down and using its puppet claws to slash at the target to cause physical damage (damage upgrades with skill). The target becomes poisoned and loses a small amount of health in magic damage (damage upgrades with skill) each second for a short time (length of time upgrades with skill).

W: Puppet Binding Shifrio's right puppet flies toward a target enemy unit and uses its long arms to bind them, stunning them and preventing them from using spells for a short time (length of time upgrades with skill). The arms also slowly start to crush the target, dealing a small amount of physical damage (upgrades with skill) every 0.25 seconds for the duration of the skill.

E: New Puppets Shifrio temporarily drops his left puppet. For a short amount of time, Shifrio's basic attack becomes magic puppet strings fired out of his left hand that transform enemy minions into allied minions and gives them full health; against enemy Champions, basic attacks slightly decrease their movement speed and attack damage, but also deal slightly less damage to the target. Upon Shifrio's death, any remaining enemy minions transformed into allied minions are returned to being enemy minions. During this time, Shifrio cannot activate Puppet Strike. This spell can be re-cast to deactivate it in the middle of its duration.

R: Ultimate Puppet Shifrio drops his other puppets and focuses his energy for 0.75 seconds to create the ultimate puppet out of a target enemy Champion. The target enemy champion becomes the puppet of Shifrio and cannot control themselves for a short time (upgrades with skill), during which Shifrio cannot move; his movement commands become movement commands for the controlled champion, and his skills become theirs, activated and used by the champion (abilities like Nunu'sNunu Absolute Zero are activated around Nunu, not around Shifrio); both Shifrio and the champion can be targeted by enemy attacks. During this time, Shifrio cannot basic attack or activate other spells.

Like I said, this is probably going to be very un-popular, but I am interested in seeing what you people want to say about him (again, please don't be jerks about it. I'll take criticism, but don't just be like "I HATE IT U SUK FGT" or something stupid like that, it's not helpful and its honestly childish).

I really like the passive. It's pretty cool and tends toward the puppeteer playstyle. The rest of his kit doesn't have much puppetry though.
