Shivra, the Necromancer

All parts of this champion, from stats to skills, are open to change based on suggestions. Previous versions of skills will be crossed out rather than erased so everyone can see how the skills are being modified and decide if they prefer the newest versions of the skills or if they prefer one of the older versions on one or more of the skills. The newest modifications that have been made are bolded.

This is going onto the "Champion Conception Librarium: Where Champion Concepts Rise and Flourish UPDATE 1.8" thread.

Shivra, the Necromancer Role: Support (?), Secondary: Mage (?) (I'm not very good at telling what role the character should play, and this kit is a bit odd when trying to place this character)

Innate Resurrection Ally units (minions or champions) that die within a certain range of Shivra are revived for 3(+.25 per champion level) seconds and are immune to damage during this time. For each champion revived since Shivra's last (re)spawn, however, Shivra's respawn time increases by 5 seconds. Edit 1 Ally units (minions or champions) that die within a certain range of Shivra are revived for 2(+.1 per champion level) seconds and are immune to damage during this time. For each champion revived since Shivra's last (re)spawn, however, Shivra's respawn time increases by 2 seconds. Enemies do not gain exp from the deaths of resurrected units.

Edit 2 Ally units (minions or champions) that die within a certain range of Shivra are revived for 2(+.1 per champion level) seconds and are immune to damage during this time. This ability can only resurrect 1 champion every (X) seconds. For each champion revived since Shivra's last (re)spawn, however, Shivra's respawn time increases by 2 seconds. Enemies do not gain exp from the deaths of resurrected units.

Q: Zombify Passive: When Shivra kills a unit with her basic attack (minion, champion, monster), she gains 1 zombie stack. Active: Shivra creates a Zombie for each zombie stack she has built up (loses all zombie stacks after activation). Zombies have the stats of a level 6/7/8/9/10 minion. Edit 1 Passive: When Shivra kills a unit with her basic attack (minion, champion, monster), she gains 1 zombie stack. These stacks are lost if Shivra dies. Active: Shivra uses all of her Zombie stacks to perform one of the following: 8 stacks or less: fire a spirit ball in a straight line that passes through units, dealing damage (determined by # of stacks and level of skill) to all enemy units it passes through and slowing them; 9 stacks or more: Shivra summons a Zombie (stats determined by # of stacks and level of skill). The cost for summoning a Zombie increases for every stack (no increase for 8 stacks or less).

Edit 2 Passive: When Shivra kills a unit with her basic attack (minion, champion, monster), she gains 1 zombie stack, up to a max of 16. These stacks are lost if Shivra dies. Active: Shivra uses all of her Zombie stacks to perform one of the following: 8 stacks or less: fire a spirit ball in a straight line that passes through units, dealing damage (determined by # of stacks and level of skill) to all enemy units it passes through and slowing them; 9 stacks or more: (VOTE: summon a # of zombies determined by how many stacks she has and have the stats be determined by the skill's level, or summon a zombie whose stats are determined by # of stacks and skill's level?). The cost of summoning (a zombie/zombies) increases with the amount of stacks.

W: Imprint Shivra selects a target unit (champion or other unit) and imprints them on a target Zombie unit, giving that unit their stats and making it look like them. Edit 1 Shivra selects a target unit (champion or other unit) and imprints them on a target Zombie unit, giving that unit stats equal to half of those of the selected champion/unit and imprinting the shape of the selected unit onto the Zombie. (does not take on their colors)

Edit 2 Shivra selects a target enemy unit (champion or minion) and fires a ball of evil spirits that slows the target by a certain % movement speed (% increases with skill's level) for a certain amount of time (time increases with skill's level) and causes all summoned zombies to attack the target.

E: Empowered Resurrection Shivra selects a resurrected ally champion or minion and empowers them, keeping them resurrected for an additional 3 (+0.25 per skill level) seconds and giving them an additional % of their attack damage and ability power (increases with skill level). Edit 1 Shivra selects a resurrected ally champion or minion and empowers them, keeping them resurrected for an additional 1 (+0.25 per skill level) seconds and giving them an additional (small)% of their attack damage and ability power (increases with skill level).

Edit 2 Shivra selects a resurrected ally champion or minion and empowers them, keeping them resurrected for an additional 1 (+0.25 per skill level) seconds and giving them an additional (small) set amount of attack damage and ability power (increases with skill level).

R: Call on Demons Shivra makes a deal with a demon, taking on a demonic form. She cannot be targeted for a short duration (extends with skill), during which she cannot attack but can still move, activate spells, and resurrect allied units. Resurrected units gain a demonic buff, giving them slightly increased stats and greatly extending their resurrection (extension increases with skill level). Edit 1 Shivra makes a deal with a demon, taking on a demonic form. She takes greatly reduced damage and reduced effects from crowd-control effects for a short duration (extends with skill), during which she cannot attack but can still move, activate spells (for double mana), and resurrect allied units. Units resurrected during this time gain a demonic buff, giving them slightly increased stats and postponing the countdown for their resurrection to end, until this spell expires.

Minions resurrected during this time will slow targets that they attack, but will have a smaller increase in stats from the buff.

Passive is extremely strong AND bad; you basically give her an extra 30 second respawn delay for every 30 seconds she's alive past 2:00, and you literally feed the enemy twice the minions. Killing her past 10 minutes would effectively remove her from the game. Free resurrections for everyone is bad (you do realize basically giving her a passive constant AoE longer yorick ult is bad?).

Q is really bad. It's only purpose is to go as, say, an adc, farm for a long time, then summon a massive minion wave to take anything you want. She effectively has no Q until 10+ minutes in, where in her Q changes to "take at least one turret for free".

W is really bad; you gave her the ghost of Mordekaiser for a basic skill.

E empowering a minion is cool, though the massive damage increase from %AD and AP would almost always be a bit much.

R - So it's untargetability mixed with truly massive yorick ult times mixed with a trinity force + tank trinity force? No way this would be abused.
