Forsenthio, the Mad Multi-Millionaire

Everything about this champion is open to suggestions. I know this champ may seem a little stupid/OP, I have a tendency to make champs that are one or both of those. If you think this champion could be changed or otherwise in some way disapprove of it, please at least leave a message explaining why. It may seem like an obvious issue to you, but the fact that I posted it means that at least I see nothing wrong with it at the moment, and that means that most likely there are few others that won't understand the problem you might have with it either.

I am TERRIBLE with adding numbers to things (CD, damage, % increase, etc.), please say if you would prefer me to remove/change the numbers I have put on the abilities.

The most up-to-date versions of his abilities will be bolded; after edits, old parts will be un-bolded and crossed out, but not removed, so everyone will be able to view older versions and decide which, if any, of the versions of each ability they like the best.

I made this champion for fun, so I don't expect it to be popular. He was just a joke to me when I first thought of him anyways, so just have fun with the idea of a champion like this.

This is going on Champion Conception Librarium: Where Champion Concepts Rise and Flourish UPDATE 1.8. Check out this thread to see tons of other people's champion concepts. I got this idea while trying to think of ways to help improve the overall kit of someone else's concept for a Golden Armor Champion-in-Progress. It is in its VERY early stages and even he knows he has a lot of work to do with it, so check it out and see if you have any ideas on how to help it. Okay, promos over. Now for the champion.

Forsenthio, the Mad Multi-Millionaire Role: Marksman, Secondary: (monetary) Support

Edit 1 (feel free to make suggestions, I used an existing champion as a mold) Stats Health: 628(+82 per level) Health Regen: 5.55(+0.72 per level) Mana and Mana regen: N/A AD: 57.05(+2.78 per level) Attack Speed: 0.662(+2.74% per level) Armor: 26.5(+3.2 per level) Magic Resist: 31.9(+1.26 per level) Movement Speed: 346

Passive/Innate:

Innate: Monopoly/Frivolous Spending The summoner can click on Forsenthio to change the effect of this passive: Effect Option 1: Monopoly: Being the owner of a large corporation, Forsenthio gains 2(+2 per level) additional gold each second. Effect Option 2: Frivolous Spending: Completely disregarding any possibility that he might need some of his money later, he immediately spends most of the money he earns, thus losing his base increase in money per second and decreasing the amount of money he earns from a kill by 20%, spending his money on his gold gun to increase his attack damage by 10(+2.5 per level).

Q:

Q: Golden Ammo/Dual Gold Pistols Forsenthio begins using more powerful and expensive gold bullets as his ammo, spending 5/7/9/11 gold per basic attack for 4/4.25/4.5/4.75 seconds or until he runs out of gold and has to go back to boring normal ammo. This gives him 5/10/15/20 bonus attack damage and slows the enemy by 5/10/15/20% (slows don't stack) as they take time to ponder why anyone would be so foolish as to use money for ammo. Forsenthio gets more and more proud of his fortune as he levels up, and when this skill reaches level 5 he decides that he wants to show off with a second gold pistol, making this skill turn into Dual Gold Pistols. Upon activation, Dual Gold Pistols doubles Forsenthio's attack speed, and each shot spends 13 gold to deal 30 bonus attack damage and slow the target 30% (slows don't stack). Every 5th shot also gives the target a Money stack. (If killed, a unit with a Money stack(s) gives the killer 10 additional gold for each Money stack. Money stacks disappear after 5 seconds) CD: 8/7.75/7.5/7.25/7 seconds

W:

W: Gold Armor/Gold Force Field Forsenthio uses armor of his own design to protect himself which, upon activation, gives him additional 6/9/12/15 armor and 6/9/12/15 magic resist and 10/12/14/16% increased movement speed for every 15 gold he has upon activation. This lasts for 2/2.3/2.6/3 seconds, and Forsenthio loses 50% of his gold upon activation (after calculating bonuses). Forsenthio decides he should tap in to his out-of-battle reserves to spring for the force-field upgrade, causing this skill to turn into Gold Force Field when it reaches level 5. Upon activation, Gold Force Field lasts 4 seconds, gives Forsenthio 25 bonus armor and magic resist and 18% movement speed, and has a 500-unit aura that gives 18 armor and magic resist to allies within the aura. Enemies that come within the aura have lose 5 gold every second, which is given to the nearest ally to the drained champion. CD: 18/17/16/15/14 seconds

E:

E: Money is No Object Each time this spell is activated, Forsenthio spends some gold to gain an Upgrade stack. Each stack gives him 5/5.5/6/6.5/7% increased armor and 8/8.5/9/9.5/10% increased attack damage. This spell costs a base of 20 gold, and doubles in cost and cooldown for each Upgrade stack Forsenthio already has. Upon dying, Forsenthio loses up to 3 Upgrade stacks and (if he had stacks) screams "YOU'VE FAILED ME, MONEY!" If a champion kills him while he has stacks, that champion gains 5 bonus gold per Upgrade stack that they made him lose, in addition to gold for the kill; any unit that kills Forsenthio while he has Upgrade stacks gains a Money stack for each stack Forsenthio loses that are visible to other players as a (stack of) dollar bill(s) floating above their head. (If killed, a unit with a Money stack(s) gives the killer 10 additional gold for each Money stack. Money stacks disappear after 5 seconds) Base CD: 4 seconds

R:

R: Golden Rocket Launcher/Golden Nuke Forsenthio decides pistols are cheap and rents a Gold Rocket Launcher. For 5 seconds Forsenthio's attack speed is cut in half, but his basic attacks deal 75/80/85% extra physical damage (increases with skill's level) and explode, dealing 50/60/70(+10%AD) physical damage to enemies within 200 units of the target. Enemies hit gain Money stacks. Forsenthio cannot activate other abilities while this is activated (spells already active will remain active for their regular duration). Each shot costs 90/100/110 gold, and Forsenthio merely fires normal bullets if he doesn't have enough money to fire Golden Rockets. Forsenthio eventually grows bored of the war and decides he wants to end this fast. When this skill reaches level 3 and Forsenthio reaches level 18, this skill becomes Golden Nuke, which drops a Golden Nuke on the next three enemies he basic attacks (in replacement of his basic attacks). Each nuke costs 200 gold, but deal 200(+25%AD) damage to all enemies in a circular area with a 100 unit radius and place 3 money stacks on each enemy hit. When dropped nukes will have 1 second delay and will project their area before being dropped (the target cannot dodge, but others can get out of the way) CD: 100/110/120 seconds Golden Nuke CD: 140 seconds

Forsenthio does not operate on Mana, but instead focuses on how much money he has. He will have a yellow bar that shows how much money he has in place of the usual Mana bar. The bar will grow/shrink for amounts anywhere between 0 gold and 1000 gold, after which the bar will be full and simply display the numerical amount of gold he has.

Lore Born to a mother from Zaun and a father from Piltover, Forsenthio was grown up being taught to embrace and even try to contribute to the world's progress. His father encouraged him to invent since he was very young, bringing him to his workshop every so often to teach him how to build complex machines of all kinds. His mother, meanwhile, taught him the value of research, even if he had to use himself as a guinea pig for his experiments. As he grew up, he began helping his parents with their experiments and inventions. He assisted his father in developing laser technologies and small attack robots, and assisted his mother in her experiments with her biological experiments to create small war beasts and small, cheap attack units. It did not take long for Forsenthio to realize that his parents were inventing items and creatures meant for war, but the way he had been raised made him believe that, even if it was dangerous, progress was progress. Besides, there was another issue that he was aware of even at a young age: they needed to find a customer. Biologically engineering warriors, even small ones, was a very expensive process, as well as creating the powerful laser-based weapons and strong robots. Because of this, the family was experiencing terrible money problems and were having problems just trying to pay the bills and put food on the table. The family was becoming desperate, but the parents refused to stop their research and inventing. If only they could find a customer that would be willing to pay for their creations... Then along came the League of Legends. The League's search for recruits led them to Piltover, and eventually to Forsenthio's home. What they found was by no means what they had expected to take with them. Rather than possible warriors, they found a scientist, an inventor, and a small child. The recruiters were about to leave, but Forsenthio's parents insisted that they come inside and see what they had invented. They were at first relatively unimpressed at what they saw; the workshop/laboratory was an absolute mess, with gears, metal, oil, some strange ooze, and seemingly unfinished robots and small, black-skinned, weak-looking creatures running around. However, slowly the potential of these items and creatures began to sink in. The first thing the father wanted to show them was the laser technology, which appeared fairly weak when he first showed the machine to them. All it was was a head-sized glowing crystal, but when he activated it a ball of energy was shot out that exploded on impact with a target test dummy, destroying something that was about as tough as the average human. This got the men interested, and they decided to stick around to see what else was available. It was then the mother's turn, and she showed them the small black creatures. The league recruiters were unimpressed at first, but realized that these creatures, like that crystal-like laser, may not be as weak as they seem. They demonstrated their combat skills against each other, showing their sword skills and how many hits they could take at a time from one another; then they demonstrated that they could even run up and take a few hits from the laser crystal; then, they demonstrated their power in numbers as they destroyed a small, tough structure with a laser crystal; however, through all of these demonstrations, the thing that impressed the recruiters most was the loyalty of these creatures, being willing to run straight to their deaths simply by their owners' commands, and then even being able to deal some damage while they were at it. The recruiters decided that, if nothing else, they would order these little creatures in bulk, once they got approval from their commanders. Now, it was the father's turn again, who decided immediately to ask Forsenthio to assist him in demonstrating the small robots he had developed. These robots were just small enough to fit a child, or, as the recruiters noticed, one of those small black creatures, into them. They were incredibly strong and tough, being able to withstand several laser shots while dealing massive damage to small structures and even to the test dummies, showing that these could stand up to and deal significant damage to other warriors. The only issue with them were how expensive they were, and the recruiters decided that while they may be able to buy some, they wouldn't be able to promise any large orders. Finally, it was the mother's turn to demonstrate her battle beasts. There were only two, but they were very large and powerful-looking. One looked like a large golem, which, as the mother said, had incredibly tough skin and could even fight against a small group of warriors and deal significant damage, and the other was a large creature that seemed to be made of wood and plants, which she said was even more powerful, although not quite as tough. Supposedly, these creatures had charms on them that made them as tough and powerful as they were, and these charms could be given to the person who deals the killing blow to them, giving a chance for warriors on the League's side to take the last killing blow if they became weak and gain the charms. These creatures were definitely interesting, but the recruiters were very unsure of whether or not these beasts would be approved of by their leaders. When the men left, they were quite amazed with what they had seen, and promised that their commanders would buy at least some of the family's creations. Years passed, and the family became rich selling their creations to the League. Their lasers were placed both on large, incredibly tough structures that would be built along major allied roads as well as on small weapons that were given to some of the small black creatures (which the League had named "minions" due to their extreme loyalty) to increase their power and attack range. The robots were bought a small amount at a time, to be used only on special occasions such as to finalize a victory for a team. The war beasts were bought, but stories say that the team transporting them got attacked by assassins and the beasts broke free into the forests. Still, the massive orders for "minions" gave the family a very steady stream of revenue, and money problems became a thing of the past. Forsenthio eventually inherited the family fortune, and began creating/investing in new weapon-building companies across Runeterra, and even created a special company of his own where rich people can buy golden weapons and flaunt their wealth to their hearts' contents. Eventually, however, Forsenthio began to wonder what it was like out on the battlegrounds. He now practically ran all major parts of war, and yet he didn't know what it was like. His curiosity finally made him decide that he would become a warrior himself. He began a very rigorous training routine to make himself stronger, became an expert with a pistol, and began building his own weapons and armor. His pride over his fortune, of course, got the better of him, and he decided to create weapons and armor that were powered by gold. However, he decided to be somewhat fair and made them easy enough to run on whatever he earned, rather than bringing his own practically infinite supply of gold (although he still wanted at least some of the revenue he earned from the many companies he owned). He also decided he would be generous to his team and give them a portion of his earnings in exchange for giving him the chance to fight alongside them in real combat. After several more years of training and developing, he was ready to fight. Given the choice, he decided to fight for the League of Legends, who had been so generous as to give his family a chance to sell their creations; perhaps now they will allow him to return the favor by aiding them in their fights.

I like it. I want his ultimate skin to be Rock Bottom Forsenthio.

I'd recommend making currency his Resource though, rather than having him actually subtract from his funds.

Looking at the Recent tab it looks like the sin(x) curve

Gonna ruin the sin(x) curve to mention once again that it would at least be nice to have an explanation for the downvotes. I know it got up to 3 upvotes at some point so I got downvoted at least twice without explanation, and not giving an explanation is not helpful in terms of making this champ better. Please, so long as you're not mean about it, please give an explanation if you don't like it.

Edits made to make this entry eligible for the CCOS. After the contest, feel free to tell me if you want me to remove the numbers and go back to the old versions of the spells. Until then, I will only be taking suggestions on how to improve them. I apologize ahead of time if your eyes are bleeding right now, but like I said near the top of the OP, I'm very bad with the numbers.

Don't show the slashed through stuff. It makes the post unnecessarily long. Showing corrections makes it feel unfinished.

I just thought of an ability I could have given him where he throws a bag of money at a target's face dealing initial damage and then presses a trigger that makes it explode for more damage. Vote for if you want this and which skill it should replace.
