So when will the next ULTIMATE SKIN be announced?

I have not heard anything about an a ultimate skin so far this season. Anyone know who the skin is for?

I am hoping for a Zac skin but Im not sure they have a good enough idea for him right now. I am guessing it will probably be a top/mid lane champion since they already have adc/jungler and I dont think any supports are popular enough for an ultimate skin besides thresh who has a lot of skins for how new he is

They were supposed to release it by the end of january, but its the end of january and still nothing is out yet. :/

There has been tons of speculation that it is DJ Sona which I hoping isn't true because that would be awful. She doesn't need any more skins and with her constantly getting nerfed (even though she just got some tiny buffs) hardly anyone plays her. Why make an ultimate for some one who has no okay and his bad... however, yesterday's PBS update had a file added that said "SonaDJ"... so who knows

Somebody suggested a suited up Zac which I think looks awesome, but everybody is saying it was supposed to be a superhero suit.
