Tonberry - The Grudging Terror (your going to die :D)

You all hate me now don't you? TOO BAD, everyone does anyway so HAH! AAAAND the lore and the design you probably already know...

Now for the moveset. I would be scared if I were you.

Damage: AD, True Damage (for his ultimate) Lane: Jungle Role: Executor, Slasher fish

Passive: Grudge Tonberry does extra damage based on his own missing health. This also applies to his abilities.

Q: Chef's Knife A short ranged point and click attack. Deals massive damage Has a 3% chance to kill the target enemy instantly. This increases to 10% at maximum grudge (20% health remaining of user)

W: Cleaver Tonberry slashes his knife out in a dagger in front of him, making a cone range. This attack does lower damage than the rest of his abilities, but ignores all defense.

E: Light of Judgement On activation, Tonberry's lantern shines in a wide foward cone, but can't shine over walls. Reveals enemy units that it shines on for 6 seconds.

Ultimate: Karma Tonberry unleashes the hatred of all the lost souls to enemy team has taken onto one target. The attack deals 100 True damage per champion kill that the entire enemy team has, all onto one target.

Your lucky i didn't make a master tonberry moveset, but hey, maybe there can be a skin of that.
