No, it's a bad meme, poros used to be this side cute thing then Riot made them cringe and put them everywhere. And then they did the same thing with the penguins. Enough already.

Pengu (The Ice Glider)
- P (Upon knocking up champs, Pengu marks the enemy for 2 seconds, forcing them to take an energized attack when auto attacked by an ally)
- Q (Pengu slaps his wings together, creating an icey cone in front of him that does ability power and applies a mark that only he can proc when attacking an enemy.)
- W (When an enemy is knocked up, Pengu can activate this ability to gain an additional boost of movement speed.)
- E (Pengu gains a boost of tenacity and a temporary spell shield that can block incoming spells. This does not block autos)
- R (The might Ice Glider slides across the maps terrain, gaining additional movement speed when in the river. Upon taking CC damage, his movement speed is severely cut, reducing his regular movement speed by 40%. When he hits an enemy, he knocks them up for .5 seconds and deals AP damage to the enemy. When in the river, this ability activates immediately, when anywhere else, this ability takes 2.5 seconds to charge.)
