Skin Concept: Alter Ekko

This skin is based off an OLD game called Alter Echo

In this game you controlled a man name Nevin.

Who was able to control time thanks to the suit that he wore. (mostly to freeze time and attack the enemies)

Now just image Ekko wearing this suit, not only because of the sword and the time feature fits with Ekko, but that name...Alter Echo....Alter Ekko, it is just to perfect of an name.

Now what about particle effects? Well for Nevin to use his time power, he had to go through a little mini-game.

Notice those orange lines? Be perfect for the trail that follows behind Ekko for his Ult.
