Leblanc rework concept

Needless to say Leblanc needs to be worked on. Her current iteration is one dimensional and frustrating to play against due to her mobility and ability to instaburst targets. Her theme can be improved upon and now that Neeko is about to take the spot of a impersonator, Leblanc needs her own niche.

#Concept Passive (Mimic) - Leblanc can cast one of her basic abilities twice every X seconds. Mimicking a spell spawns a clone that visually mimics her spell cast.

Q - no change

W - no change (mimic works only after re-cast has been used or expires, LB would no longer be able to double dash away instantly)

E - no change, at most some adjustments to tether range

R (Magic mirror) - create a magical mirror/portal for 0.75 second that absorbs all enemy projectiles from a target direction. Recast within 8 seconds to mimic the latest ability caught.

Intention would be to remove her overtuned R which allows huge bursts and mobility and switch that power to a more situational power through mimicking enemy abilities. Allowing her to occasionally mimic her own spells through her passive allows her to retain levels of threat appropriate for a ranged assassin. With the combined power of both mechanics, she'd be able to turn enemies own weapons against them and assassinate them with fashion.
