Evelynn hate spike QoL request

I like the new Eve and am quite satisfied with her rework.

However I have one request concerning her hate spikes... and that is to allow Eve players to hold down Q after the initial cast to automatically cast hate spikes whenever they are available. With an option to hold down Q to cast hate spikes Eve players would have the choice to either cast all spikes as fast as possible or cast the spikes individually when needed.

Keyboard input would be: 1st press --> skillshot lasher 2nd press & hold --> spikes whenever off cooldown
