Evelynn Legendary Skin concept: Astral/Angelic Evelynn (wip)
Hi. Here's my idea for a Legendary Skin for Evelynn.
Evelynn is not a shadowy Demon of lust and sadism, but a brilliant deity of care and kindness who confuses her enemies in with her hypnotic brilliance and warmth.
You could get the voice actor's voice to distort the same way, but instead of sounding dark and dreadfully alluring, it would sound radiant and almost ethereal. Maybe new lines like with Primetime Draven.
Instead of being covered by shadows, she glow like a radiant Golden Goddess of sorts while in Demon Shade.
She should fly when under big movement speed buffs.
When she casts spells, instead of them being dark, they could be like yellow bright light sparking out from her cast to envelop her enemies.
The idea behind the concept is sort of in line with skins like Arc Light Vayne, Justiciar Syndra, Godfist Lee Sin, and such.
Whatever you choose, I hope you find her worthy of a Legendary skin now.

Someone on Leaguecraft long ago made a concept for the old Eve model that looked Blonde with Pink and White color schemes. It was hot for sure.
I am curious what your development team could do with the current hardware in place, and what a possible skin like that for her would look like.
She sure do has the player base to support it so I think you'd do fine in sales.
