Everyone Gets an A+
When you sign up for League of Legends and agree to the Summoner's Code, you automatically get a Rating of A+.
Playing clean games and always giving it your best shot is the easiest way to keep that A+
When you get hit with penalties, your Grade decreases very, very slightly. In fact, your first penalty is automatically forgiven and replaced with just a warning. But continue building penalties against yourself, and very soon, your grade drops. Dramatically. Eventually, it is not very hard to drop from C, in-fact, it's incredibly easier than you think.
What that grade represents is League of Legend's trust towards you, trust that you will play nice with your fellow Summoners as peers who enjoy a common game: Trust that you will play by your agreement to the Summoner's Code.
When it becomes apparent that you are getting a lot of penalties frequently, that is when penalties become more valuable against your grade. I would say until you are around a solid D (Think of how hard it is to earn a grade of D in any match with any champion). Once you are in Grade D territory, you are considered problematic, and are in danger of going straight to a grade of F-.
Once you have received the F-, there is no coming back from that grading. You have completely lost League of Legend's trust, the trust that you will follow the Summoner's Code. All other's have taken this agreement, and on some level, continue to follow it. If you have hit F-, it likely means that you have caused so much trouble in the game that someone might actually be stressed out over dealing with your impact on the game, whether that be Support or otherwise. Also, other Summoners (of all ages, backgrounds, cultures, ect.) expect you to follow the Summoner's Code, too, just as they do, and can also affect your grade (within reason) if they feel you are not there for to play the game.
If in the end, you lost your A+ and are stuck with an F-, you must always remember that when you first started, you got an A+. You were League of Legend's favorite and most valuable customer when you had that A+. Even if you don't have an A anymore, as long as you don't have a D, you're still a pretty valuable customer (even if you don't buy anything) because you help contribute to the League of Legends experience.
You can be the most poppin' Mary Poppins, but if you have an F-...
Like Lil'Wayne once said (not a fan, but this line is true) "...if you're not here to enjoy the album, why did you buy a ticket? Get out. I don't want you as a fan."
[zombie-brand-facepalm] Out of guilt, all I can do is reminisce of times when I felt like I had an A+, and kick myself about getting an F-.
With that... I think this is my final message, my final act to the community I've spent so much time with. I don't want to go out with negative vibes or a bad note. I wanted to try to be as Legendary as I could be before calling it quits here.
[zombie-nunu-tears] To anyone I may have disrespected, or caused to feel insulted, or otherwise, who's game I might have ruined ... I'm so completely blind and I apologize for my actions. I get stupid and let my pride or my ego get the best of me. I allow my feelings to interfere and get in the way of what was really important.
[zombie-nunu-hearts] To anyone at all, Ally or Foe, who has ever given me honor in any of the 10k+ games that I've played in, it was a pleasure to be considered honorable by you and I am only now really coming to appreciate each honor for what it was instead of just a number counter (i can't believe how bad putting it that way sounds).
I had a nice chat with one of the folks from Support (if you're reading this, I apologize about putting your words out there, but I think in this context, it is purely beneficial, plus it shows how awesome you guys really are and thank you for that).
Here is the ending of that discussion.
Don't read it as a "Yeah you tried to get your account back and got denied" kind of message. It's meant to be much more than that. I want to show people here why they not have access to their things back, even if they are a really cool person irl.
Hey Shin Evelynn,
ThermalLamp here to provide context and support.
Thanks for writing in, I went and reviewed your case and it looks like this permanent ban was properly placed on your account. After your two week ban, your account was placed on high alert for negative behavior. You were warned then that it was your final warning.
I'm sorry you were having such a rough time and I'm glad to hear you've been reflecting on your past behavior. Self awareness is how people grow .
Unfortunately, this account was given warnings and after escalating through our disciplinary track, we were forced to discipline the account. I know it sucks to lose an account that you've put time and effort in, but because this punishment was justly applied, and we won't be lifting it.
I realize this isn't the answer you were hoping for, but if you have any other questions I'd be happy to help further.

Wake up. Look at it. Or remember what you saw. If you have the Passion for League of Legends and can't put it down, but are reading this right now, take it from someone who can relate. There is no point in getting heated over a game, especially if we're talking Solo Queue 'anything'. Being right is not worth your stuff. Being right is not worth all of the time and effort. Being right is not worth your time in League of Legends.
Stay focused. Think about the best decision to make next. Check your actions per minute compared to your words per minute. Let that person flame you, they are probably just having a bad time or aren't really enjoying that game. There is no reason to ever turn against a teammate.
I've been saying it for years, but the moment you turn on your teammate... is the moment the game becomes 4v5. Don't make enemies where you should make friends. You'll be your own arch-nemesis.
Farewell. Love and Peace. [katarina-love]
