***Ultimate Viktor Skin!!!!

I call this the 'Super Arm Lazer Stick Viktor' dude Also, WTF did E get nerfed? Many champs have reduced or increased damage to non-champions. You stated it was too easy for Viktor to wave clear and ignore the champion in lane. Then why didn't E's damage get reduced against minions only??? This would make MUCH more sense regarding why you nerfed it....
