For EUW it's Krepo, he is Master division i think. Phreak is somwhere in Diamond. Jatt is Master division too i think. Rivington is somewhere in dia, just like Phreak.
CertainlyT is Gold because he's too busy designing and reworking champions. Otherwise I have no doubt he would be challenger
