Champion Voice:
NOTE: For Kretchmann, I used the voice clips from Django Unchained from the character Dr. King Schultz. His badassery and relentless attitude make him an efficient killer, and by the way, that German accent: STELLAR. For EVA, I used EDI’s voice from the Mass Effect series. Her raw quality as an AI brings to life a personal system fitted for Kretchmann’s missions.

Biography:
Report Summary: From Case File #24601
Written By 2nd H.I.V.E Lead Commander Robert A. Frost:
The purpose of Kretchmann’s death was to confiscate all links towards any criminal activity located in Piltover. H.I.V.E Targets “Twitch” and “Jinx” had been under close surveillance by Kretchmann, as ordered by the Chief Justice of H.I.V.E. Linked cases Kretchmann had studied on the criminals was “Case File #0115: The Piltover Treasury Robbery” and “Case File #430: Arsenic Poisoning of West Piltover Water Supply”. Both cases served as a correlation between the two criminals, as they occurred on the exact day, but at different time intervals. A few days after the murder, Kretchmann was dated to present his findings to the Board of Directors, as the private investigator had found the hideouts of both “Twitch” and “Jinx”. The murder was intended to make sure Kretchmann never gave out the evidence.
All files related to this case are classified CHARLIE DELTA ECHO, and must be reported to the Chief Amanuensis no later than their time of discovery. Confiscating documents without further permission of H.I.V.E officials is subject towards a life sentence in the Piltover State Prison perjury. Kretchmann’s office has been closed towards all faculty members except by high-ranking officials with Level Echelon Clearance.
H.I.V.E Status: INITIATE AND CAPTURE

”How’s our man doing?”
Dr. Elias Thompson sighed as he once again checked the vital stats on the screen. Still showing signs of slow change; no surprise there. The Lazarus Serum was created using by combining the technological prowess of Jayce’s inventions and hidden formulas created by Zaun Chemist Singed, who was experimenting on a Zaunite Elixir designed to revive the current state of human bodies. How hypocritical of The Mad Chemist, Thompson thought. To think the madman actually had heart for the patients he was experimenting on; Or, maybe, The Chemist wanted to prolong their suffering by continuing on their unfinished experiments. Nonetheless, both Zaun and Piltover technology had been invested in creating the Lazarus Serum, and the Mayor of Piltover was gracious enough to provide one-third of the Treasury’s sums to this ambitious project.
Dr. Margret Althea patiently waited as Thomson pulled up a few screens on the hologram projector. He then pulled up the vital stats of the deceased body, which was lying on a medical table, covered by a thick white tarp. “Vitals seem to be slowly coming back,” Thomson replied with a disinterested voice, “Half of the leg tissue seems to have regenerated very quickly.”
Margret pulled over to the screen for a closer look. “Well, sometimes, you gotta start from the bottom up.” She then used the touchscreen interface to open up a few new screens: Blood pressure rates, tissue regeneration percentages, neural system restorations, cell rejuvenation and development, CO2 and MOX levels, and other life support information vital to restoring the dead body. The technology invested into reviving one dead person, Margret quietly thought to herself. What good deeds, or bad, this person had done earned him a second chance to get his life back together again.
However, resurrecting the dead has its problems. And, such problems arise from uncertain complications.
Thompson stared at the screen to what appears to be a flashing red screen. With one tap, he quickly brought up the vital stats. Due to the unpredictable nature of the Lazarus Serum, the deceased body’s vitals rapidly shot up, regenerating the body at a massive rate. No other medical serum in Valoran had this kind of regeneration effect; the scientists merely stared in awe at as vitals began to fluctuate. Margret broke the silence as she strode over towards the medical table, ready to unveil the tarp. “Wait!” Thompson held up a hand as he analyzed the hypothetical data. It was uncertain if the body could have rejuvenated that fast. Three days had passed since an anonymous donor had transferred the body of a dead H.I.V.E private investigator; it was too soon to put him back into action.
Margret sighed as she approached the screen, with an impatient look on her face. “Gods, Thompson, I’d wish you’d take a break from all your worrying. The Lazarus Serum did its job: It’s time for Phase Two.”
”Three days, Margaret.” Thompson replied through clenched teeth. “It’s too godsdamned soon. If we put the implants in now, we don’t know if the side effects will impact his own personal thoughts and feelings. We could end up with a mass killing machine instead of a lawmaker.”
”You know the orders, Thompson. Look, as a scientist, even I’m skeptical about what the future lies for this guy. But, look at the vitals! He’s in perfectly good condition, and he’s ready to bring the fight back to Piltover! We don’t argue with logical data, if it’s proven right, it’s proven right, by way of natural order.” Margret placed both hands of Thompson’s shoulders. “Thompson, we have a chance to make medical history. This is our moment to shine! Piltover and H.I.V.E is going to thank us for what we did to this simple policeman! We’re going to make scientific and world history with this: The creation of the first Bionic Commando.”
Thompson nervously stared at the covered body, slowly moving under the fast regeneration effects of the Lazarus Serum. Something deep within his judgment kept egging the young scientist that this was unethical; to play God in the hands of another’s life. Will he change history? Can they truly succeed where countless others have failed before? And, if they fail, will they be branded as mass murderers? Monsters in the eyes of society? Shunned by the whole population of Piltover?
The time for resurrection had come for this body. All Thompson had to do was initiate the project.
Thompson slowly turned to Margret, holding her hands as he gazed into her eyes.
”Get the medical and surgical teams down here. Initiate H.I.V.E PROJECT: BINARY.”
Date: One Month after the Death of Kretchmann Fegelein
Location: Classified H.I.V.E Military Lab
Time: 3:49 AM Piltover Standard Time
”Checking EEG levels…Lower Frontal Lobe action count is at 199 synapses per minute…”
”I needed that nutrient implant four minutes ago! Heart Vitals dropping to 39 beats per minute…”
”Checking motor augmentations in the left leg tendon...Ok. Recalibration is complete. We have walking now.”
”Ocular implants at full capacity…Uploading Electronic Virtual Assistant programs and transferring Binary Software to the frontal lobe chip…”
”Scanning for anomalies…Positive. H.I.V.E Bionic Agent is optimized at maximum capacity.”
”Welcome back from the dead…Kretchmann Fegelein.”
The first thing Kretchmann felt was the cold air, slowly flowing through his nostrils. He let out a gasp as he suddenly awoke from what he felt to be…death. What was this…? A room, covered with blinding white light, piercing his clouded gaze. He could barely lift up his hands to shield himself from the burning rays. As his eyes began to adjust to the light, he began to clearly see the room around him. White walls…Bare floors…a typical medical room. Great.
”Rise and shine, Mr. Fegelein. We have much to discuss about.”
The young man could only turn his head as he gazed at the stoic scientist, staring intently into his eyes. His calming demeanor seemed rather eerie, as such a gaze could stare into the depths of the human soul. “W-Who….Are….What…Is…” These were the only words Kretchmann could mutter as he tried to regain control over his body. It now seemed...unfamiliar, as if something had transformed him into another beast of nature.”
The scientist pursed his lips, as he put his hands together. “My God, they couldn’t find a proper fit for your body type, huh?”
Body type? Proper fit?
Kretchmann raised his hands up to his face. Or, what seemed to be, his hands. Cybernetic metal coated his arm like metal plates upon a frame, perfectly shining right in front of him. They pulsated with bionic energy, powered by the beating heart that drives the body to life. The scientist wasn’t at all surprised as Kretchmann gasped in horror; body shaking in terror, aghast at the…monstrous creation, nay, fiendish bionic weapon he had become.
”Nein…You….YOU MONSTER!”
The doctor felt the brunt tackle of Kretchmann’s arm, as he was thrown back to the wall. In a blinding whir, Kretchmann locked his arm in front of the scientist’s throat, forcing in a chokehold against the wall. The scientist barely cringed at the sudden assault; but was beginning to raggedly breathe at the slow loss of oxygen. “Listen…Kretchmann…We can help you…We saved your life…”
Kretchmann spat in the scientist’s face, and growled. “Incompetent fool. I was dead! I didn’t want to come back! Do you know how much mein work has gone to vaste? Do you know the pain of how I was brutally murdered? Did you experience all of that? DID YOU?!?
The scientist gripped onto Kretchmann’s arm, hoping for a way to convince him to stop. “That’s why…we brought you back…The world…calls for….wetwork. And we…answer… No greater good…No just cause…Only the law…And, the law is…”
Kretchmann let go of the scientist, causing him to slide back down to the ground. Ignoring the gasps of air, Kretchmann strode towards a mirror, and touched his face, fixed by mere days of bionic regeneration. “Absolute.” Kretchmann said with finality, responding to the scientist’s personal statement. “Mein motto when I first joined this…H.I.V.E. But, I had enough. There’s no need for unt old professional like me.”
The scientist got up to his feet, holding his stomach as he coughed to get more air into his system. “So, those killers. Twitch. Jinx. And, C. You’re just going to let the run free? No revenge? Evil triumphs?”
Kretchmann sighed as he turned towards the scientist. “Look at me, Doktor.” He murmured. “I’m no private investigator. I’m a robot: a cold, lifeless shell.”
”Quite the contrary, Mr. Fegelein.”
Kretchmann’s eyebrow raised in suspicion. This scientist had better give the whole story.
”You are a Bionic: the first-ever connection between Man and Technology. The reason you think that Machine is lifeless is because of Viktor’s experiments. However, Viktor failed to control technology properly. In order to control it, you must become one with every aspect it offers. Through this, you master the Technology, and you become Technology itself. You are the first to transcend the boundaries between Humanity and Machine.
Kretchmann slumped down a medical chair, crossing his arms as he stared at the scientist with sudden interest. “Please, continue, Doktor.”
”Your body has been implemented with the latest Bionic Augmentations. These abilities assist you in a variety of ways: from extending your physical strength and stamina, altering you visual and auditory perceptions, grant resistance against deadly pathogens and viruses, etcetera, etcetera…”
”Well, pardon your French, Doktor. All this is good and all but, how does this help me control some of these hidden…Augmentations, as you call them?”
”I believe I can answer that, Kretchmann.” A robotic, female voice interrupted from a speaker in Kretchmann’s left arm. Kretchmann jumped in surprised as he held his left arm up, causing it to glow a bright azure shade. “I am EVA,” the robotic assistant replied, “Which stands for the Electronic Virtual Assistant, located in your Body’s Frontal Cortex, which has been modified to house most of my data.”
Kretchmann scowled at the scientist. “Great. Now, you dumpfkoffs going to change the way I think, eh?”
”EVA quickly replied in a brisk tone, “My functions do not control the mental patterns of the body; I merely regulate the biotic systems that are connected throughout this vessel.”
The scientist went up to Kretchmann, and put a hand on his cold, metallic shoulder. “In truth, she’s your partner to help you out when things get out of hand. And, if any of your systems malfunction, you report to me, the H.I.V.E Technical Advisor of the Biotics Department.”
All of this was strange to Kretchmann. First, he had been lying on the ground, slowly choking to death by that dammed rat’s poison. Now, he stood as the culmination of H.I.V.E’s technical prowess. But, was he ready for the real world? Will the new criminals be a challenge for him, or prove to be unbeatable? Will he control this new power, or will the machine take over? And, finally, who was he, in the end?
Man, or Machine?
The Chief Advisor strode over to the medical table, and reached under, pulling out a small, sleek, metallic suitcase that had a considerable amount of weight to it. “We’re not releasing you out in the field yet. First, we have to run a series of tests to make sure your systems are up and running. Next, we got to make sure all your updates are secure. Then…That’s where the fun begins. Right when you get out.”
”Well, Doktor. For that, I need unt weapon.”
The Chief Advisor handed him the little suitcase, which contained the Lawmaker Mark I, Hextech’s top-secret Prototype Pistol, recently commissioned to all H.I.V.E operatives. “I haven’t had time to say this in person but…Welcome back to H.I.V.E, Mr. Fegelein.”
Kretchmann chuckled as he took the suitcase and slowly walked towards the exit. As he opened the door, he uttered a few words before disappearing into the hallway and out into the criminal underworld below…
”It’s just Kretchmann, mein freund. Nothing more. Nothing else.”
Champion Summary:
Technology and Law. Both are absolutes in the eyes of scientists and lawyers, respectfully. However, there comes a time where justice must be taken outside the conventional boundaries of diplomacy and negotiations. For Piltover, there is a man who answers the cry for justice. His name: Kretchmann Fegelein; once murdered to protect the identity of the criminal underworld; now rebuilt with the latest bionic enhancements Piltover and Hextech can create. Serving under the clandestine group codenamed H.I.V.E, Kretchmann is one of the law’s deadliest killers; he shows little compassion to those taken up the seats of criminal society. However, amidst the technology and the training that has changed his state of mind, he will always find the sense of justice that compels him to put his own life on the line to save the city he always cherished since he was a little boy. Armed with the Lawmaker Mark I Prototype Pistol and his Hextech Bionic Implants, Kretchmann is suited for the most dangerous of tasks no sheriff or officer can conventionally handle. There’s a new court that begins in session in Summoner’s Rift, and it starts and adjourns with Kretchmann Fegelein.
Kretchmann is an Attack Damage ADC, capable of clearing out enemies with high-burst damage abilities and exceptional survival techniques. Kretchmann utilizes a new Energy Ammo System that takes the place of Mana. The Energy Ammo System is designed for players to carefully manage the use of their abilities and to also simulate the use of Reloading by placing a limit on the number of Energy Bullets held. This not only brings more strategic use of abilities to Kretchmann, but thematically, it creates a Futuristic Champion that uses High-Tech Weaponry to annihilate his foes. When playing as Kretchmann, players will experience quick, high bursts of damage against Enemy Champions while learning to strategically time their Normal Attacks carefully to do effective damage against the enemy.
Champion Stats:
HEALTH 375 (+90) ATTACK DAMAGE 43 (+6) **HEALTH REGEN. ** 3.95 (+0.85) **ATTACK SPEED **0.667 (+3.5%)
**ARMOR **19 (+2.5) **MAGIC RES. **30 (+0) **RANGE **550 (Ranged) **MOV. SPEED ** 335
Champion Abilities:
Passive: Bionic Augmentations:
Due to Kretchmann’s enhanced bionic augmentations, he has access to a number of combat maneuvers:
Energy Bullets: The Lawmaker Mark I runs on Energy Bullet Clips, which are essential for activating Abilities. Hitting an enemy Minion, Monster, or Champion creates 1 Energy Bullet; killing them creates 5 Energy Bullets. The bullets reach up to 100 Energy Bullets, but the bullets continue to stack up to 150 Energy Bullets. When reaching 150 Energy Bullets, Kretchmann reloads the overheated clip, which takes about .5 Seconds (+1% * (Current Champion Level)) Extra Projectiles connected to Kretchmann, such as Randuin’s Bow, or Lulu’s Pix, will cause Kretchmann to generate Energy Bullets on their projectiles.
Advanced Targeting Countermeasures: Kretchmann’s Projectiles go through Minion Attacks. Thus, when an enemy Minion attacks Kretchmann, its attacks can be negated if Kretchmann fires at it.
NOTE: Multiple enemy minions who fire at Kretchmann still have their projectiles intact.
Last Stand Protocol: When Kretchmann is downed, he activates his “Last Stand Protocol”, which grants him one last shot that deals 150/250/350 Physical Damage (+0.1% Attack Damage) towards enemies. The shot travels in a skill-shot direction, passes through enemies, and deals 10% less damage through every enemy it passes through, capping at 50% Less Damage.
Q Ability: Twin “Snake Piercer” Rounds:
Kretchmann less loose two armor piercing rounds from his Lawmaker Pistol, traveling in a skill-shot direction and dealing 20/40/60/80/100 (+135% AD) physical damage against the enemy. The first round that hits the enemy applies on-hit effects, such as Bloodthirstier or Sheen.
**NOTE: The ability works like Jinx’s “Zap!”, but instead of one projectile, two projectiles travel side by side towards their intended direction. **
Ability Length: 625 Units
Ability Width: 150 Units
Ability Cost: 10 Energy Bullets per Ability Use, adding up by 10 Energy Bullets to the Maximum Cost at 30 Energy Bullets per Consecutive Ability Use. (Ability Cost returns to Normal Levels after 5 Seconds of Ability Inactivity)
Ability Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3 Seconds
W Ability: Zaunite “Crowd Control” Energy Barrier:
Utilizing the Lawmaker’s secondary ability, Kretchmann deploys the Zaunite Energy Barrier, a portable shield that replaces Kretchmann’s ranged attacks with physical attacks. The shield does only (50%/55%/60%/65%/70% of Total Attack Damage) towards the enemy, but pushes the enemy back (150 Units) away from Kretchmann. The shield can be deactivated by Champion Abilities, but the shield can block Minion Fire and negate the damage against Champion Abilities. However, once the shield is deactivated, Kretchmann is forced to reload a new energy clip into his pistol, regardless of Energy Bullet Capacity. The shield travels in Kretchmann’s direction, and Kretchmann will always keep the shield in front of him when moving left, right, or moving forward. Kretchmann keeps his shield behind him when running away from enemies.
NOTE: Movement with the shield is similar to Braum’s “Unbreakable”, keeping the shield in front of his allies.
Shield Width: 200 Units
Shield Duration: 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 Seconds
Ability Cost: 70 Energy Bullets
Ability Cooldown: 19/17/15/13/11 Seconds
E Ability: H.I.V.E “Double Whammy” Buster Torpedo:
Kretchmann fires a H.I.V.E Buster Torpedo in the ground, and quickly travels in a skill shot direction towards the given location. Upon reaching the point of impact, the projectile explodes underground, dealing Area Of Effect, 70/90/110/130/150 Ability Power (+40% Total Ability Power), and slows for .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 Seconds.
Ability Explosion Radius: 300 Units in a Circle
Ability Length: 500 Units
Ability Cost: 60 Energy Bullets, Decreasing by 1 Energy Bullet to a Minimum Cost of 50 Energy Bullets per Consecutive Use (Ability Cost returns to Normal Levels after 5 Seconds of Ability Inactivity)
Ability Cooldown: 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 Seconds
R Ability/Ultimate: Hextech “Final Verdict” Missile Strike:
Kretchmann initializes his H.I.V.E Targeting Systems, which causes him to lock on towards a Specified Enemy Champion. Additionally, a Targeting Laser paints the Targeted Champion with a Red Dot, and EVA begins to lock on to the champion. Enemy Champions can prolong the lock by (.1) Seconds per Enemy Champion that Blocks the Laser. When Lock-On is achieved, Kretchmann pulls the trigger, and H.I.V.E initiates a Hextech Hellfire Missile Strike from the sky, as a cluster of Four Damaging Hextech Rockets. The rockets travel in pairs, and each rocket that hits the Champion deals 50/100/150 Attack Damage (+50% per 10% Attack Damage) (+5% of Champion’s Missing Health). Lock-On Can be broken if Kretchmann is interrupted by a Stun, Silence, Snare, or if the Targeted Champion exceeds the maximum range of the Ultimate. The ability is put on half cooldown when interrupted.
Lock-On Duration (Without Any Champion Interference): 1/1.5/2 Seconds
Missile Strike Maximum Range: 1500/2000/2500 Units
Ability Cost: 100 Energy Bullets
Ability Cooldown: 150/125/100 Seconds
Champion Gameplay:
When Playing As Kretchmann:
Kretchmann works like an average ADC, and relies heavily on farm to get his abilities to maximum strength. However, at his full build, he is dangerous by releasing a plethora of physical damage at very quick speeds, But, Kretchmann is forced to reload when his Energy Bullets overload the maximum capacity. Otherwise, Kretchmann is a thematic champion with a unique play-style to hold his own against his enemies. Utilizing his abilities at the right time and combining them with other champion’s is key to using Kretchmann effectively.
When Playing as Kretchmann, follow these guidelines:
- Conserve your Energy Bullets! Attack Speed will cause Kretchmann to fire his shots very rapidly, and coupled with some item’s Unique Passive, will fill up the Energy Bullet bar very quickly. You will be forced to reload when reaching maximum capacity, and there are some situations such as teamfights, where reloading will take up a lot of time. Thus, conserve your bullets by not firing often or by using other Abilities to remove any excess Energy Bullets.
- Kretchmann is vulnerable when faced alone. Although he has abilities that slow enemy Champions and pushes them back, he has no alternate form of escape. Thus, try to stick with Allied Champions to deal the maximum damage possible.
- Kretchmann’s ultimate should be used as an Executing Maneuver, not as an Initiator. Instead, target the weakest champion that has their health low and is running away from the fight to deal the maximum damage with the ultimate. Also, be sure to be positioned in a secure and clear path so that the ultimate will not be interrupted by enemy Champions or their Abilities.
- Take advantage of your high Attack Range. Staying far away from other Champion Marksmen will increase your chances of survival when Laning at the bottom.
- Use your abilities at the right time! One wrong slip up can send you and your team down, and will waste essential Energy Bullets!
So: remember! Conserve those bullets and keep afar!
Playing against Kretchmann:
Kretchmann is very tough when facing him from afar, but he is equally dangerous when up close, due to his W. But, the precise times to strike him is during his Reload Times and his Ultimate Channel! Be wary when going against Kretchmann, as his attacks can pulverize your team when in his line of fire.
Use these guidelines when playing against Kretchmann:
- When Kretchmann is reloading, always attack him! Remember, he can’t attack when reloading, and he is the most vulnerable when in this state.
- The laser on his ultimate can be blocked! If you want to prolong the Lock-On time of his ultimate, stand in front of his laser and attack him! Or, if you want to end the lock-on entirely, hit him with a Stun or a Snare! Silencing is the quickest way to cancel the lock-on!
- Be careful when approaching close to a Kretchmann with his Riot Shield equipped. A Kretchmann can push you away from hitting distance, then Flash away after attacking. Deactivate his Riot Shield first, then go in for the kill! Also, as an added bonus, he will be forced to reload if his shield goes down.
- Most of Kretchmann’s abilities have a very small radius or width. Thus, keep moving avoid getting hit by Kretchmann’s abilities, especially his Buster Torpedo.

”Shooting at a police officer: five years in a federal prison. Blowing up a tower: twenty-five years of federal labor. Just being an annoying dumpfkoff who pisses me off: death.”
”This shot was not meant for you…It’s meant for your corpse when I send you screaming to the Hells.”
”I’ve got ninety-nine problems…but a bullet is enough to solve one problem: YOU.”
”The enemy’s performance in battle is far below my predicted calculations. Additional information is needed to re-analyze the Champion’s Performance.”
”Your ideal heart rate is…zero.”
”For more information on how to escape capital punishment, please turn yourself in to a local Piltover Police Department immediately.”
(against Twitch) “Little rat…why don’t you run back to the squalor you currently reside in?”
(against Twitch) “I’ve saved this bullet…for you.”
(against Jinx) “Pity. I’d hoped you’d be wearing more to your funeral.”
(against Jinx) “Sorry, little girl. Playtime’s over.”
(against Jinx) “How do you tell a brat to shut up? Simple. Shove a ton of rockets down her throat.”
(against Jinx) “This is one policeman you can’t outrun, Jinx.”
(against Dane) “Sun’s setting, cowboy.”
(against Dane) “Thirsty…partner?”
(against Dane) “The only law you’ve ever known is the laws of an outlaw. How hypocritical.”
(against Caitlyn) “Caitlyn…care to see my new treads?”
(against Caitlyn) “Pity. Piltover had such a good sheriff back then.”
(against Vi) “Punches won’t do you any good…if the person behind the fists has a bullet in her head.”
(against Vi): “You know what’s your biggest fear, Vi? A dress.”
(against Mona) “Afraid of The Dark? Hmph, how dreary.”
(against Mona) “Little girl…Say hello to your father for me. Once I send you to where he is.”
(against Colt) “Sticks and stones can break my bones…but, Bionics will crush your little toys.”
(against Colt) “Piltover was built in a day. You couldn’t even bring it down with your weapons.
(against Colt) “The gun…is mightier than the cannon.”
Jokes:
”You think my abilities are OP? Let me do some math here: My Q does only 62 Attack Damage without any Runes, Masteries, or Doran’s Blades equipped at Level One. When I reach maximum Level 18, my shots do 245 Attack Damage, which is partially the same damage as every other ADC’s abilities. So, if you really want my abilities to be OP; you owe me a Bloodthirstier.
”To last hit…or not to last hit. That is the question. Whether tis nobler in the mind to suffer, the shields and arrows of a Braum Support and an Ashe ADC. Or, to take up arms against a Jungler Lee Sin’s Resonating Strike, and by opposing, feed him. To die, to feed. No more. And by a feed to say we end the heartache and the thousand natural shocks we face when trying to get out of ELO Hell while smurfing in a Bronze 5 character in Solo Queue. ‘Tis a consummation Athene devoutly wished. To die, to feed. To feed; perchance to a Ranked Loss with a noob Jungler or an AP Nasus top. Aye, there’s the rub…Wait, what’s a rub, again?”
”EVA. Find the current wins that have been made when playing as Kretchmann.” ”The current number of wins when playing as Kretchmann is approximately [insert win number here] wins, and counting.” “Ah, technology. I do so love it!”
”EVA. Can you list the most hated champion in the League of Legends?” ”Popular votes indicate that the least-liked champion in the League is Teemo, The Swift Scout.” “That little Yordle? Aww, poor guy. I like him.”
(against Caitlyn, regardless of affiliation) “A spot of tea, Caitlyn? I prefer Earl Grey, or a touch of Chamomile.”
(against Caitlyn, regardless of affiliation) “Tea is the balm for the soul, don’t you think?”
(against Jinx, regardless of affiliation) “You have your own theme song? Huh, H.I.V.E’s too busy to make mine.”
(against Jinx, regardless of affiliation) “Hey, Fishbones. If you want, there’s always a peaceful desk job in H.I.V.E! I’ll put your name down for consideration!”
(against Dane, regardless of affiliation) “How many ways are there to die in the West? A million? Hmm, that sounds neat. A Million Ways to Die in The West…”
(against Dane, regardless of affiliation) “Hey, Dane. I’d let you join H.I.V.E. But, I’ll need your parent’s signatures!”
(against Dane, regardless of affiliation) “Did Mommy and Daddy not love you enough as a child? I suppose that’s why you don’t take baths; cause you stink! Bleh…”
(against Colt, regardless of affiliation) “You do realize you’re named after a newborn horse, right?”
(against Colt, regardless of affiliation) “I’ve seen your sick fetishes with Jinx. To be honest, I finally figured out what all that white stuff over your weapons were.”
(against Colt, regardless of affiliation) “So. Jinx. I’m shocked. Aren’t you a little too young to be dealing with the lust and heartbreak of making sweet love over by the fire?”

Champion Summary:
So, this is my take on a proper Futuristic ADC! I wanted his abilities to have that futuristic thematic quality to make sure that the idea of a Human-Bionic is stated clearly. However, I noticed that this concept can still use some editing, so I will edit to make sure any fixes are correct! Also, please upvote and comment if you like this! If there is anything wrong with this champion, be sure to leave a comment explaining the reasons why! I promise I'll get back to you soon!
