Attempt #2 at this "Dark Star" champion. Lets see exactly what I pulled out of my buttocks this time!

"When a star looses its way, it does not loose its beauty; rather, its beauty simply becomes as empty as the sky it fell from."

[Passive] - Multiplying Heaven Vage gains {.5, 1, 1.5, 2} Bonus Movement Speed each second she is in combat, to a maximum of [Level x 15] Bonus Movement Speed. This Bonus Movement Speed begins to deteriorate 2 seconds after Vage leaves combat. (10% of Maximum Movement Speed each second, until bonus is gone.)

[Q] - Broken Star Vage throws her ax, dealing physical damage to the first target struck. While on Cooldown, Vage does not benefit from Bonus Attack Damage.

[Active] Vage throws her ax in a straight line, which travels faster the greater Vage's Multiplying Heaven Bonus is (Travel speed increased by Multiplying Heaven Bonus). If the ax strikes an enemy unit, it deals {80, 110, 140, 170, 200} (+Bonus Attack Damage) Physical Damage. After the ax strikes a unit, or reaches the end of its flight, this ability goes on Cooldown. While on Cooldown, Vage does not benefit from Bonus Attack Damage.

If Broken Star kills a unit, all of Vage's Cooldowns (Including this ability) are reduced by 1. Vage can retrieve her ax by walking over it, or basic attacking an enemy it is stuck to.

[W] - Line Breaker Vage charges forward, knocking minions and monsters aside and throwing the first enemy Champion she collides with over her shoulder.

[Active] Vage Dashes for {100, 125, 150, 175, 200} (+1/2 Multiplying Heaven Bonus) Units, knocking enemy units that are slower than her to the side, dealing {30, 60, 90, 120, 150} (+.6 Armor) (+.3 Attack Damage) Physical Damage to each unit, and gaining {5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7}% Increased Armor and Magic Resistance for each enemy Champion she struck on her way for 2 seconds.

[E] - Gravity Well Vage becomes the center of a Gravity Well, reducing the movement speed of nearby enemies and healing herself.

[Passive] Vage's Tenacity is increased by {1, 2, 3, 4, 5}% (+15% Multiplying Heaven Bonus)

[Active] Vage becomes the center of a Gravity Well, reducing the movement speed of nearby enemies by {1, 2.5, 4, 5.5, 7} (+8% of Multiplying Heaven Bonus) Each Second for 2 seconds. Vage heals for an amount equal to the total Movement Speed sapped by this ability each second.

[R] - Divine Darkness Vage's abilities are enhanced. Vage can activate Divine Darkness to

[Passive] The Duration of Multiplying Heaven, Line Breaker and Gravity Well are increased by {1, 1.5, 2} Seconds. Vage's Health regeneration is increased by [{33, 66, 100%} Multiplying Heaven Bonus].

[Active] Vage pays 15% of her current hitpoints, gaining that amount as a bonus, evenly spread, to her Attack Damage, Armor and Magic Resistance for [3, 4, 5} Seconds.

Vage can Reactive Divine Darkness, but will only retain the highest bonus granted by any one casting while the ability remains active.

Quick Explanations; Passive - Best left to be drawn out, poking with her ax and sissy punches to keep the passive building until Vage is just plain too fast for anyone without hard CC to deal with. Q - After the ability finishes casting and landing, it goes on cooldown, meaning bonus attack damage is applied for its unfortunate target. Afterwards, Vage is stuck at Base Attack Damage until the ability is off cooldown, regardless of her own, or allied champion's buffs. W - Stacks. Its important for vage to hit everyone possible, so she gets her maximum 35% Armor/MR Boost. E - Healing is equal to total Movement sapped from all enemies. Meaning if only one enemy is being sapped for 5 movement, she gains 5 the first seconds, then 10 the second second. If there are two, she would gain 10 the first, then 20 the second; ect. R - If Vage stays in combat long enough for the ability to come off cooldown and be cast again, she can cast it, but only the greater bonus of any particular cast will be applied. If Vage has 100 HP, she pays 15, gains 5 Attack Damage, Armor and Magic Resistance. if she pays 150(15% of 1000) she gains 50 to each. If Vage builds nothing but Warmogs Armor and pays 3000 HP or something wacky, its likely the other team screwed up somewhere in the laning, jungle, mid game, late game, and end game phase.
