[Gameplay] Ahri's Passive - AP Scaling Not applying

Was playing an ARAM Game just now and I had noticed that Ahri did not have any benefit showing from AP items showing on the passive's healing. As time when on and I received more items I was able to observe that I was, indeed, only receive the base amount of healing from that passive, and no AP Scaling was applied.
