Concept Summary:

Assassin Initiate Talon is supposed to represent a Talon, evolving from the different stages of becoming an assassin. His first stage is supposed to reveal him as a simple initiate. But, as he achieves the rank of Master, he's a much more deadly killer. The costume changes show his elevation towards becoming a Master Assassin. In the end, he's still the cold heartless killer everyone sees.
