Galio rework concept

So Galio's been around a long time now and much like Taric, his kit is pretty bad. He still has his uses but they are so limited that even in those instances there are champs better suited for it. He needs some love. Now this isn't complete. I'm not great at the number aspect of champ creations. So any help there or ideas about how you'd change an ability would be greatly appreciated.

Passive- I feel this should be changed but not sure which way to take it. Q- Would only change how this hits. Like a miniature Ziggs ult, center mass deals more damage slows more, than if hit on the edge. W- Instead of healing Galio this would heal who ever he shielded. E- Change this to a dash leaving a trail that speeds up allies running through it. R- With reliable gap closer the size would have to be reduced. Maybe the size of Nasus's Soul Siphon? Also reduce the charge time down to 1 sec, and increase the damage reduction to 3.

Galio doesn't need much, in my opinion to make a comeback, just a little love.
