{SKIN CONCEPT} Telekave, The Telekinetic
Telekave {Silent E in name}
Lore: Telekave was only thirteen years old, and was the son of Ivuta. Ivuta was the leader of a race known as Vorplex. Telekave went on a short hike outside of the fortifications of his home, to be found by a powerful being unknown to him... Xerath.... Telekave was beaten by Xerath, the unknown being and Xerath using his force brought Telekave to a unknown place near Runeterra which was unfamiliar to Telekave. There, Xerath began to inject curses and drugs into Telekave. This was revenge towards Ivuta, for he was one of the wardens of his imprisonment. Xerath left, leaving Telekave very weak. It was only days later Telekave realized he couldn't remember anything. He was getting constant headaches. And that was when he found out he was telekinetic. But how he was telekinetic, was far from known. Would these powers destroy him, or assist him? Time to find out. " I am not afraid of the unknown, but I still am afraid of the known coming to an end."

Skills
Passive: Identification Whenever an ability of Telekaves hits an enemy with less than 40% of their health Telekave will obtain a stack of Identification. A stack of identification when obtained by Telekave will reveal all enemy champions on the map for 4 seconds. Once the four seconds are over, the stack decays.
Q: Compromise: Places a gleam of blue light on a friendly champion for 5 seconds. The gleam of blue light grants that friendly champion a increase of mana regeneration by 12 for the five seconds active. RANGE: 760 COST: 58 MANA COOLDOWN: 21 / 19 / 17/ 15 / 13
W: Comeback Telekave releases a brain that once it reaches the end of it's range, or hits an enemy champion, plants itself and generates a force field that pulls in enemies in a range of 110 for six seconds. If champions remain nearby when the brain detonates by a range of 75, they are slowed for 3 seconds by 21% , even those who were already pulled into the brain. RANGE: 240 COST: 50 / 70/ 90 / 110 / 130 MANA COOLDOWN: 26 / 24 / 20 / 17/ 15
E: Telekinetic Blast Telekaves brain overwhelms him, and explodes. Six brains are shot out of him in all directions dealing damage to each enemy they hit. And the brains do not stop once they hit an enemy, they will keep moving until they've reached the end of their range. RANGE: 1200 COST: 75 MANA COOLDOWN: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 MAGIC DAMAGE PER BRAIN: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90
R: Chemical Disseminate The drugs and spells placed inside of Telekave at a young age finally are too strong inside of him, and must be released. Telekave kneels on the ground moaning for five seconds to generate chemicals. During the 5 second generation ONLY, Telekave is invincible. Then the chemicals are released in a giant blue cloud from his position to a range of 990 in a 360 degree angle. Enemies caught in the cloud of chemicals will suffer damage over time and be slowed by 15% for a short duration. The cloud of chemicals last for 7 seconds. Telekave CANNOT MOVE while Chemical Disseminate is active. Allies standing in the cloud are given increased attack speed by 10% for the seven seconds the cloud remains.

ALLIES STANDING IN THE CLOUD: Obtain an increase in attack speed by 10% until the cloud is dead (7 seconds)
This is one of the first champion ideas I could come up with. Telekave is mainly a mage, and his secondary would be support in my belief. I know some things are VERY inaccurate, you can either fix them, give suggestions, or just give me your opinion on what I have. Thanks!
