Champion Concept: The Doctor ; Wish we had an actual Doctor champion
I know what everyone who will read this post is thinking "What about Heimerdinger, Singed or Even Dr. Mundo himself? (Dr. Mundo even has doctor in the name) My biggest gripe with this is that none of these are doctors of healing, but rather science gone crazy. Experimenters and scientists rather than those who would focus on healing the sick and injured. As a person who has quite a few serious medical conditions, Doctors are my heroes and I just think they are really cool to base a character around. Every Doctor lives in a crazy world where death is inevitable yet they try to keep people alive and comfortable. Anyway, I would really like a Support Doctor champion played straight.
Ralphenstein - Doctor of Damacia
Passive: Medical Supplies Random medical supplies are dropped around the nexus, you can select one of them to become your buff for your lane. Each pickup has 5 charges.
Buffs:
IV-Bag Hydration: Mana Regen increased by 10 per 5 seconds for 10 seconds Blood Bag: Health Regen and recovery effects Increased by 5% if outside of combat for 10 seconds Adherent Wraps: Cleanse effects off target, cooldown is doubled
Q - A Doctor A Day! Ralph makes an injection causing you, an ally champion or an enemy to lose a 1% of their current health, reactivate it again on yourself or an ally, they then heal 2% of their max health over 5 seconds. If the ally champion heals above max health they gain a shield for the amount it goes over for 7 seconds which will slowly deplete back to the champions max health. Effect will not work if the champion is already below 2% health
W - We Need Supplies, Stat!
Use the buff you have picked up on yourself or an ally
E - Transfusion
Create a link between yourself and 2 targets, the one with the lowest health or your ally gains the health regen of the other. Also any healing effects are redirected to the one receiving the increased health regen.
R - You Will Live!
Channel above an ally's dead body, If a dead ally has more than 5 seconds on their death timer you can decrease their death timer by 5 seconds per second of channel. If the timer is reduced to 5 seconds then before respawning a medicopter lands on the champion appearing to pick it up and bring it to base. The champion comes back with a buff called "Get Better!"

This champion has increased health and mana regen for 40 seconds
( As a side note Ive always had this idea for a yordle combat medic but I never made it past its first ability, which was an ability where it would latch to its allies back and bandage them up.)
Anyone who mains support I feel will know how powerful these effects would be, even though they seem lackluster. Feel free to comment your own abilities just remember the theme is to not do as much damage as you do aid (buffs, utility, healing etc.) I'm just glad I finally took the time to post this in my..... 7 years of playing this game.
I understand this kit seems redundant but I hope that riot can at least see my idea, I've had it for a long time though I never posted it until just now.
