In the recent files in PBE they found out a new thing called (THEY ARE COMING) and on some champions a weird Icon pops up. Some say that icon is the Shadow isles. But some say it's 2 champions at one and some said It was doombots.
What I want to say is that each year from 3-6 champs get that underworld or spooky skin for Halloween. Now for the inspiration part. Riot can do alot of skin inspired from stuff like Hulk Mundo but the problem is that that's copyrights. Look at korea they have a skin on Ahri Called something Ahri it's from a Kpop group but we don't because they don't want to. Copyrights man since riot is a rich company imagine what would people do to them if they copy an idea.
