Remove queue dodge timer if allys are trolling.
If somebody on your tean bans your champ after its declared in queue then dodging shouldn't have a penalty.

Now the question becomes, how do you detect that someone is trolling? How do you detect who was the innocent party? How do you detect that it was an agreed upon strategy (aka everyone in chat decided to ban vayne but you switch to pick intent vayne at the last second) and that there was no guilty party?
All of these issues are quite frankly, impossible to deal with or solve in any reasonable amount of time. It would only. What you need to do is learn that sometimes someone on your team will ban your champion.
Actually the punishment should be even harsher. Dodge cause you are too childish to deal with picking another champ should not be tolerated. You are wasting 9 peoples time.
