Omen, The Void's Madness

I think that the scrapped champion, Omen, should make his appearance in the Institute of War, making it his grand stage to cause terror. How to do it? Here's how:

Health: 390(+86) AD: 50(+3.5) Health Reg: 4.35(+0.55) AS:0.625(+2.3%) Mana: 210(+57) Armor: 13(+3.9) Mana Reg:7.0(+0.6) Magic Res: 30(+0) Range: 125 Movespeed: 325

Passive: Dementia Omen's basic attacks reduce his foes attack damage, with 10 stacks being the cap. 2 AD per stack.

Q: Cozenage Omen passively gains attack speed. Upon activation, his next basic attack deals a percentage of his foes maximum health. It is an AA reset.

W: Submerge Omen goes underground and gains bonus movement speed. He can come up if a champion steps on him, if he reactivates the ability, or a knockup is performed above him. He will not be knocked up in this way.

E: Transfix Omen releases spikes around him that give an attack speed and movement speed slow.

R: Grip of Madness Omen jumps to target opponent, lodging spikes into his opponent, reducing their defenses, and slowing them. If another foe is within 500 range of Omen, he can reactivate the ability to leap to them as well, for reduced damage, but the same reductions and slow.

Lore: Long ago, before the Institute of War, before Noxus, a horrific war arose. The captain of Ionia's force, defending against beasts of what would be later known as the Void, was a valiant warrior, who never gave up against these frightful creatures. Every man fought to their last breath, but alas, it wasn't enough. Only the captain remained, who, with blade drawn, was prepared to go down fighting. One of the beings asked what he was fighting for. He answered: "For my friends and family, BEAST." The creature further questioned him. "If you truly are, you will come with us. After all, it would be a shame if all of your precious friends were devoured." He scowled. The Voidborn left with him in tow. Through the portal they went, and over time, the once proud, humanoid who fought for justice, now had become a Voidborn himself. Driven mad, he always had a smile on his face, craving bloodshed. He found there was nothing more for him in the Void. He crawled out, and found the Institute of War, and watched as the champions toiled against each other, and with no end. As a woman with a shattered blade was about to slay a ascended warrior, Omen burst from the shadows. He devoured both, and searched the Rift for others. After the champions were regurgitated, the Summoners gave him an offer. To sate his blood lust... against those, who he was told, stopped him from having 'fun'.

Upon Selection: "I hope you're not afraid of needles."

Moving: "My blades are dulling!" "It would be faster if I dug." "People won't die any faster until we get there!" "Someone just DIE already!" "So BORING..."

Attacking: "HERE!" "It WAS dull! HAHA!" "Just drop dead!" "I got plenty to go around!"

Upon kill: "HAHAHA!" "Another one down! Do I get a treat?" "FINALLY!"

Upon death: "Still...smiling..." "And there's the punch line.."

Upon using Cozenage: "HAVE ANOTHER!" "Sharing is.. CARING!" "You didn't think I'd just hand you one?"

Upon using Submerge: "They won't see me coming.." "HIDE!" "Have they heard of landsharks?"

Upon reactivating, being stepped on, or being knocked up while your Submerged: "SUPRISE!" "I'M JUST HERE TO SAY HELLO!" "OUCH! You ruined the suprise." "WATCH IT, BUDDY!" "I thought I was safe underground!" "Ummm... Hi?

Upon using Transfix: "Going somewhere?" "SMILE!" "I'm not THAT ugly, you know."

Upon using Grip of Madness: "THIS IS MY FAVORITE PART!" "C'MERE, FRIEND!" "LET ME TELL YOU A JOKE!"

Upon reactivating Grip of Madness: "HAHAHAHA!" "LAUGHTER IS INFECTIOUS, YOU KNOW!" "I JUST WANT TO TELL YOU SUMTHIN'!"

Joke: "Marbles? WHERE!?" "Mad? Do I look angry to you?" Grins

Taunt: "Oh no, I don't bite. I STAB!" "On the bright side, you'll feel it all day."

"Hi there, fatty!" "If I eat you, will I become obese?" "STOP REFERENCING A FROG IN A TOP HAT!" "Are you enjoying you're GIFT, Malzahar?" "STOP ULTING! I want to say hello." "If I eat you, will I become a nerd?" "If I eat you, will I become worthless until 6?"

Dance: He stands on his spiked tail and does the carlton with his stubby hands.
