A new map for 1v1

I think that a new map for a 1v1 situation is in dire need. The Magma Chamber, which I, personally, wanted to see happen, sunk like a ship. I like the premise of having a special 1v1 map with a special new buff that was supposed to be implemented. A good way about bringing this map back would be to:

1. Show it off in a special game mode and leave it available.

2. Along with the SR visual update, show off the Magma Chamber.

3. Use it for a champion spotlight.

I really liked the little footage that we have of the Magma Chamber, and how it was going to be a new 5v5 map. If it was a 5v5 map then I would be even happier, but I'd be content for just having the most unforgiving field of justice back with us. :3
