What about Pool Party Quinn?
So I've been as hyped as everyone else about the new Pool Party skins (Zac mostly) and started brainstorming some other concepts for Pool Party skins and as a lot of comments were how there weren't enough Pool Party skins because they weren't thematically appealing I got an idea. Pool Party Quinn. Now a lot of people are just gonna assume that I'm just another thirsty fanboy who wants to see Quinn in a bikini but hear me out, the majority of her kit can be aestheticized to suit the calm, leisurely appeal of summer fun that we all know the Pool Party skins add to the Rift.
Firstly: Her model. Quinn is covered in armor and wields a crossbow and her pet, Valor, is a Demacian eagle. When I was thinking of this concept I imagined a more loving, family setting with kids playing, so I figured I'd try to get something for her appearance based off of that. Her model could keep with her full body coverage with a tank top, grass hula skirt (coconut bra is optional), a towel around her shoulders, and a straw sun hat with her barefoot or in some kind of sandals. Her trusty crossbow would be replaced with a foam dart gun, a lot like a Nerf® gun, where her AA would be a foam dart. Valor, since every Quinn skin has a different bird each time, would be a seagull or other sea bird (my personal preference would be an arctic tern).
Second: Her abilities. Her passive, Harrier. The animation is basically Valor swooping down at a target, leaving a crosshair thing-y and flying back up. The crosshair could be replaced with a life preserver or inner tube and when Quinn attacks, three darts would be shot in quick succession.
Her Q, Blinding Assault. Valor swoops to the location and flies in a circle. The circle he's in could be replaced with water ripples hes circling or the whole animation could look like Valor is just chasing a fish going straight, swims in a circle, and Valor exits with his having caught the fish. As Valor, he would simply circle the ripple/catch the fish and continue fighting.
Her W, Heightened Senses. A giant circle of vision is centered around Quinn/Valor. I think this is the only part of Quinn's kit that I can't to be retextured as anything special. :/
Her E, Vault. Quinn jumps to a target enemy and marks it afterward. I think she could do a quick little flip/swim/cannonball to the target instead of the jump. As Valor,he would just be chasing a fish in a certain direction for his path.
Her R, Tag Team/Skystrike. Quinn jumps in the air and Valor replaces her as a fighter/Quinn descends in a shower of arrows. For the first part Quinn could swim up as Valor dives in as a replacement while in the second part she could cannonball in with a shower or rain accompanying her.
Third: Her Recall. Quinn could be sitting enjoying a meal under an umbrella table and have Valor land next to her and take a fry.
Lastly: Her Dance. I think the only fitting dance for her Pool Party skin would be a Hawaiian hula with Valor mocking her with his own poorly choreographed squawk-filled version.
