Appearance: (Bodily design) . Ocel is a 4’5ft tall Caucasian woman with slightly pale skin, gleaming light blue eyes & short blonde hair with a silver streak running down the right side. On Ocel’s right eye is a circler tattoo that has several accent designs making it look like a fancy monocle. (Clothing & Special features) . Ocel wears a long deep navy blue trench coat that has several pieces of silver armor stitched into it from the shoulders & sleeves, she also wears a pair of semi-tight pants of the same color but she wears of pair of black boots. On both of her hands Ocel wears a pair of white gloves that bear the symbol of the Demacia, attached to her belt is a silver chain that has a pocket watch attached to the end that is placed in her left pocket. (Equipment) . Ocel only carries around a liquid sphere of pure iron that floats to the right side of her head, the sphere bares several runic marks that form a curving ring around it.

Innate Passive: Metallurgy. Ocel has a large metal sphere that floats on the right side of her head that she uses for all of Auto-Attacks & Abilities, each Basic Attack that she makes will apply a 4% Attack & Movement Speed Slow as she lodges small chunks of iron into her targets body that last for 2 seconds but this Slow can be stacked up to 8 times & each continued Basic Attack will Refresh the duration of the Slow.
Q-Ability: Bound in Chains. Range: 450. Cool Down: 21/19/17/15/13. Cost: 60/70/80/90/100. Physical Damage: 35/65/95/125/155(+50% bonus AD). Activation: After Ocel has chosen a narrow path with this Ability then upon its activation Ocel lobs out a glob of her iron sphere in the targeted direction, the first enemy Champion that the glob comes in contact with will not only deal Physical Damage but will also turn into chains wrapping the target in them Rooting the target for 1.5 seconds.
W-Ability: Ammunition. Range: Self-Cast. Cool Down: 16/15/14/13/12. Cost: 50/60/70/80/90. Physical Damage: 35/45/55/65/75(+50% bonus AD). Activation: After Ocel has activated this Ability she will create 2 additional metallic bullets from her sphere for her next Basic Attack, after the initial activation Ocel’s next Basic Attack will followed up by these additional bullets after a 0.25 second delay each one dealing its own Physical Damage while still applying the De-Buff from her Innate Passive.
E-Ability: Ballista Bolt. Range: 550. Cool Down: 20/19/18/17/16. Cost: 100. Physical Damage: 55/85/115/145/175(+60% bonus AD). Activation: After Ocel has chosen a narrow path with this Ability then upon its activation Ocel will take a sizable amount of her sphere and transform it into a large metallic arrow spike, after a 0.25 second delay after the initial activation she fires the bolt in the targeted direction with incredible speed. The first enemy that the bolt makes contact with will be dealt Physical Damage Pushing them back 70-Unites while also Shredding the targets Armor by 5% for 1.25 seconds.
R-Ability: Enforcers Herald. Range: 450. Cool Down: 165/145/125. Cost: 120. Initial Physical Damage: 165/195/225(+50% bonus AD). Health: 500/700/900(+30% bonus AP). Basic Attack Damage: 35/55/75(+40% bonus AD). Activation: After Ocel has chosen a single enemy Champion within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Ocel will use the majority of her iron sphere to create a metallic suite of armor that is wielding a large spear, after a 0.75 second delay after the initial activation the suite of armor charges at the designated Champion & once it reaches its target the armor will impale the target with its spear dealing Physical Damage then Flipping the target 100-Unites behind itself. Once the suite of armor has damaged the initial target it will become a Melee-Unit that has its own HP & deals its own Attack Damage with its own Basic Attacks, the suite will attack any enemy unit (prioritizing Champions) within 140-radius of its self. This suite of armor will remain on the Map for 25 seconds.
