A Ranked Alternative to 4v5

Everybody's had those games of 4v5 ranked and somebody leaves within first 10 minutes making the game frustrating, especially since you feel so helpless. Now when you think of a way to get rid of 4v5's you think, well punish the person. Punishing the person helps none of the other 4 team-members who will surely be punished more. So why is that someone can leave. and they end up punishing the 4 people along with them. When I think of an alternative, maybe like if they dc within 10~ minutes. you get like -10/5 ip loss. this way the players are getting lowered, but no so drastically. if you have any ways riot could fix this annoying, and frustrating issue, comment them. I'd like to hear them.
