Tryndamere Vs Darius (team harrased entire game)

I was playing tryndamere against a darius, Yeah i did bad I admit it, I tried to play safe but my team yelled at me for letting him farm and not harrasing him, when I tried to stop him from farming i got killed, my team yelled at me for feeding, Then i played safe he tower dived me killed me and pushed in towers, I got yelled at for letting him push. I've never felt so helpless, and with the entire team harrasing me, including the 1/9 udyr I didn't know what to do, I was called bronze trash, they legit harrased me entire game. I don't know what to do in this matchup, and when my entire team turns against me.
