[Champion Concept] Senna, the Freed Light
Now on the off chance that Riot dose decide to somehow set Senna free from Thresh's lantern & make her a Champion (which maybe HIGHLY unlikely, but hummer me), this is how I in-vision her as. Lucian's lore says that he uses his wives own light gun to fight the darkness so at first i thought of making Senna an ADC like her husband....but I really wanted these 2 play the same game with each other & having 2 ADC's in 1 lane is pretty....well you know.
So I made her into a AP Support, since her spirit was trapped in Thresh's lantern for so long i doubt her actual physical body is still around (if you know what I mean) also having her as a pure spirit can give someone a lot of creative freedom to work with than with a Character that has a an actual body. Now i mainly made & based Senna's Ability Kit around her supporting Lucian in fights while acting as a minor pest.

Appearance: Senna looks pretty much how she was when she was alive, the difference is that she has this ghostly green aura emitting from her, her eyes look somewhat glazed over. she wears a pure white dress that's pretty tight but is loose around her waist & arms. her left sleeve is longer & has a strange pattern on it while the right sleeve only goes to her elbow, she also wears a white choker on her neck that has 2 long streamers on the back. now on her body she has strange patterns on the left side of her face, on her right hand & on her entire left leg.

Passive: Strong Bonds. When an allied Champion is within 400-Radius of Senna they will gain 4% of Senna’s current Armor, Magic Resist & Attack Damage. When Senna is damaged from an enemy Champion while an allied Champion is affected by this Passive then that allied Champion will also have a 13% Critical Hit Chance on their Auto-Attacks while also having 10% Reduction on all Crowed Control effects that are applied to them. [I might change this Passive, I was drawing a blank on what to do for a Passive for Senna]
Q-Ability: Spirits Touch. Range: 450. Cool Down: 21/20/19/18/17. Cost: 40/60/80/100/120. Bonus Physical Damage: 45/65/85/105/125(+30% bonus AP). Armor Penetration: 4/6/8/10/12%. Activate: after Senna has a single allied Champion within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Senna will infuse her own spiritual energy to that targeted ally, after the initial activation the targeted ally will have their Basic Attacks deal bonus Physical Damage & that ally has a set percentage of Armor Penetration applied to their Auto-Attacks & Abilities while also having 15% Attack Speed for 4 seconds. In Unison’s Activation: after Senna has activated this Ability she will grant the merged allied Champion with a damage blocking Shield equal to 8% of her Max HP.
W-Ability: Her Warm Embrace. Range: 450. Cool Down: 18/17/16/15/14. Cost: 5/6/7/8/9% Max HP. Activate: after Senna has chosen a single allied Champion within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Senna will infuse her own spiritual energy to that targeted ally, after the initial activation Senna will drain a percentage of her own Max HP to Heal the chosen allied Champion by the amount of Health that Senna has used while also apply 12% Damage Reduction to the allied Champion for 2 seconds.
E-Ability: Souls Entrapment. Range: 500. Cool Down: 16/15/14/13/12. Cost: 60/70/80/90. Magic Damage: 50/70/90/110/130(+40% bonus AP). Passive: every 4.25 seconds Senna’s next Auto-Attack will have her release a second bolt of spiritual energy that will deal 3% of Senna’s current Ability Power as Magic Damage while also applying a 15% Movement Speed Slow to the target for 1.5 seconds. Activate: after Senna has chosen a 175-radius within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Senna will send out a surge of her spiritual essence at the targeted area, when the energy reaches the targeted area it will deal Magic Damage to all enemies within the radius while enemy Champions are Stunned for 1.5 seconds & will take 10% increased damage from allied Champions Abilities for the duration of the Stun.
R-Ability: In Unison. Range: 300. Cool Down: 190/170/150. Cost: 130. Activate: when Senna has chosen an allied Champion within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Senna will merge with the allied Champion for 12 seconds, while Senna is merged with an allied Champion she will be Untargetable. For the duration of the Ability the allied Champion gains 30% increased Movement Speed & has 3% increased HP Regeneration also Senna is able to use her W & Q Ability but her Q-Ability will have a different Activation. After the duration of this Ability has ended Senna will reaper behind her merged ally.
