New Champion, different feel

I think league should add some new champions with different mechanics entirely. I would love to see a champion who's riding a vehicle, who's passive is they're always moving at +25 move speed, they can't recall, but if they don't hit any wall they generate drift as an additional resource, which at full drift allows them to get +75 movespeed . who's q and e skills make them turn left and right. w makes them have some sort of twisty knockup, and then r throws their tire down the lane, which they can control briefly, and deals large damage on detonation. I'm just thinking of how many champions are fun to play at this point and not too many come to mind because a lot of play styles are fairly similar. This champion would feel completely different. which i feel like would be refreshing for league.
