2 New champions I created (text only)

Hi everyone,

I am working on 2 new champions, and I would like to know your opinions (if it would be broken, awesome, etc...), for now I don't have any picture screenshots, maybe later if I really get into it, I could probably come up with a splash art.

The first one I called it "Infiltro," Infiltro is a crazy chameleon like creature that can become invisible and stick to surfaces with his sticky tongue. Based on his abilities and playstyle, I qualified Infiltro as a Jungler.

Passive - Sticky hair: Infiltro gains 10% movement speed when he is near a wall, structure.

Q - Sticky tongue: Infiltro throws out his tongue and will dash to any object/champion he lands on.

W - Reflecting skin: Infiltro becomes invisible for 7.5/8/8.5/9/10 seconds and gains a 5% movement speed, when he turns visible near an enemy, the opponent will be scared for 1 second.

E - Tongue charge: Infiltro sticks his tongue to the ground to charge to an enemy dealing damage to the target.

R - Piercing eyes: Infiltro senses and reveals all nearby enemies (also monsters even if they're hidden), during this phase he gains new crowd control effects on his abilities, his Q makes him stun his target for 1 second, his W stays the same, and his E makes him knock back his enemy and stun them for 0.5 sec.

The next champion is called "Dimetri," Dimetri is a a famous photographer from Zaun, he doesn't fear danger and would do anything to get the best pictures. Based on his abilties, he would fit between a stand-alone lane and support.

Passive - Special film: Every third Q, Dimetri's next ability will deal more damage.

Q - Say cheese: Dimetri takes a picture with a flash, the opponent that faces him will receive small amount of damage, be stunned for 0.5 sec and is blind.

W - Encouragements: Dimetri says a random quote that will increase his stats as well as a nearby ally.

E - Helicopter: Dimetri calls an helicopter from above, it creates an Area of effect that slows all enemies inside of it and deal a small amount of damage.

R - The Contract: Dimetri broke a rule from the contract he signed with his boss, and the boss is now pissed, Dimetri is chased by a chopper that is shooting at him, he gets 10% more speed and leaves a trail of bullets behind him, at the end, the boss sends out a bomb that knocks back everyone in it's range and deals a lot of damage.
