All Champs with a needed update
Hey Riot, I noticed that you were reworking the visual effects, splash art and ability icons of old champions. I wanted to help out a little and I made a list of the champions that needed a small update. This is not to criticize the looks neither the abilities of the champions so don't feel bad. Also, I may have put some champions that I usually don't play with/against, I may have gotten a little picky on the champions abilities and I also didn't say which abilities are old looking (Q,W,E,R), but I'm sure it not hard to miss.
